 IS LOOKING INTO SOME POSSIBLE INCONSISTENCIES BETWEEN
 THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND THE
 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE ALLOWANCE OF UTILITY
 FACILITIES IN THE CONSERVATION (CON) FUTURE LAND USE
 DESIGNATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE PROVIDED IN
 THE NEAR FUTURE.
  
 3. [ SATISFIED ] - INSTEAD OF USING THE TERM ?PROPERTY
 LINE? IT SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AS A ?LEASE LINE?.
  
 4. [ SATISFIED - PROVISION BEING ADDED INTO THE LEASE
 AGREEMENT ] - PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-273 OF THE CITY?S
 ZLDRS, UTILITY FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE LANDSCAPED
 TO MEET THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. WHILE IT DOES NOT
 MAKE SENSE TO INSTALL LANDSCAPING AT THIS TIME GIVEN
 ITS LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS, BUT IS THERE ANY WAY
 THAT ENSURE THAT THE LANDSCAPING WOULD BE INSTALLED IF
 THE SURROUNDING AREA IS EVER DEVELOPED? AS CURRENTLY
 DESIGNATED ON THE CITY?S FUTURE LAND USE MAP, THE AREA
 IMMEDIATELY EAST OF THE TRANSMISSION CORRIDOR IS
 DESIGNATED AS SINGLE FAMILY.

 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.

 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED

 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
