 SHOULD THE LABEL 'EGRET LAKE ELEMENTARY' ABOVE STA22+00
 BE MOVED TO ABOVE STA41+00?
  
 2. [NOT SATISFIED] EVERY SHEET WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION WILL NEED THE VERTICAL DATUM LISTED ALONG
 WITH THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929. {PREVIOUS
 COMMENT: THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY
 CODE IS NGVD1929. THE CITY IS ALLOWING SURVEYS AND
 PLANS TO USE NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION EQUATION
 BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929 IS ALSO PROVIDED. LABEL
 THE VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929
 ON ALL CIVIL ENGINEERING SHEETS WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION.}
  
 3. [SATISFIED] FOR SECTION A-A ON SHEET 3 OF 7,
 CONSIDER CHANGING THE NOTE 'ALL SLOPES GREATER THAN 5:1
 TO BE SODDED' TO 'ALL SLOPES FLATTER THAN 5:1 TO BE
 SODDED' (OR STEEPER DEPENDING ON THE INTENT OF THE
 NOTE).
  
 4. [SATISFIED FOR NOW. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE
 REVIEWED WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.] THE
 BOTTOM ELEVATION OF THE ROADSIDE SWALES VARY BETWEEN
 13.5 AND 15.8 ALONG THE ROAD. WAS THIS VARIATION
 CONSIDERED IN THE SWALE STORAGE VOLUME FOR WATER
 QUALITY TREATMENT? WILL THERE BE DITCH BLOCKS
 CONSTRUCTED TO MAXIMIZE THE STORAGE IN THE SWALE? THE
 DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED AT ENGINEERING
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 5. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] REVIEW THE DISCHARGE LOCATION
 FOR THE SWALES EAST OF THE EXISTING FENCE/GATE CROSSING
 THE R/W AT APPROXIMATE STA39+00. THERE ARE PRIVATE
 PARCELS (SOME DEVELOPED) ADJACENT TO THE R/W. {PREVIOUS
 COMMENT: HOW AND WHERE WILL THE ROADSIDE SWALES
 DISCHARGE? THERE APPEARS TO BE A BERM ALONG THE NORTH
 SIDE OF THE EXISTING DITCH EAST OF STA11+00. WILL THE
 TOP OF THE BERM BE AFFECTED WITH THE ROAD
 CONSTRUCTION?}
  
 6. [SATISFIED - THIS PIPE IS THE RESPONSIBILTY OF THE
 SCHOOL DISTRICT.] PROVIDE CONDITION ASSESSMENT OF THE
 STORM PIPE(S) CROSSED BY THE PROPOSED ROAD (APPROX.
 STA39+00).
  
 7. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] WEIR ELEVATION OF NEW CONTROL
 STRUCTURE (IN THE DETENTION AREA) IS 19.50 FEET NAVD.
 THE DIMENSIONS IN THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH DETAIL WILL
 PROVIDE TOP OF TRENCH ELEVATIONS BETWEEN 19.70 FEET
 NAVD AND 20.10 FT NAVD, WHICH IS HIGHER THAN THE WEIR
 ELEVATION AND THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH WILL NOT BE FULLY
 SURCHARGED. {PREVIOUS COMMENT: CHECK THE ELEVATIONS
 LISTED FOR THE FRENCH DRAIN DETAIL ON SHEET 3 OF 7 AND
 THE DRAINAGE CONTROL STRUCTURE DSC-1 DETAIL ON SHEET 4
 OF 7.}
  
 8. [SATISFIED - MAY WANT TO CONSIDER CRUSHED CONCRETE
 AS ROAD BASE MATERIAL IN ADDITION TO SOIL CEMENT]
 LIMEROCK MAY NOT BE SUITABLE FOR THE ROAD BASE IF IT
 WILL BE SUSCEPTIBLE TO SATURATION FROM THE HIGH GROUND
 WATER TABLE AND/OR SWALE STORAGE.
  
 NEW COMMENTS (THESE MAYBE ADDRESSED DURING ENGINEERING
 PERMIT SUBMITTAL);
 9. CONSIDER PLACING GEOTEXTILE (SOILED FILLED CELLS,
 ETC.) ACROSS THE WEIR AND THE OUTSIDE SLOPE OF THE
 DETENTION AREA TO PROTECT AGAINST EROSION.

 LISTS THE SEASONAL HIGH WATER TABLE ELEVATION AS 0.0'
