 REVIEW COMMENTS:
  
 1. AS REQUIRED BY THE DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION:
  
 1.1. A JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT SHALL BE PROVIDED.
  
 1.2. OWNER?S CONSENT FORM (SIGNED / NOTARIZED) SHALL BE
 PROVIDED ? IT IS STAFF?S UNDERSTANDING THAT THIS IS
 BEING COORDINATED WITH THE LEASE, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN
 FINALIZED.
  
 2. STAFF IS LOOKING INTO SOME POSSIBLE INCONSISTENCIES
 BETWEEN THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS AND
 THE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REGARDING THE ALLOWANCE OF
 UTILITY FACILITIES IN THE CONSERVATION (CON) FUTURE
 LAND USE DESIGNATION. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION WILL BE
 PROVIDED IN THE NEAR FUTURE.
  
 3. INSTEAD OF USING THE TERM ?PROPERTY LINE? IT SHOULD
 BE IDENTIFIED AS A ?LEASE LINE?.
  
 4. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-273 OF THE CITY?S ZLDRS, UTILITY
 FACILITIES ARE REQUIRED TO BE LANDSCAPED TO MEET THE
 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS. WHILE IT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE TO
 INSTALL LANDSCAPING AT THIS TIME GIVEN ITS LOCATION AND
 SURROUNDINGS, BUT IS THERE ANY WAY THAT ENSURE THAT THE
 LANDSCAPING WOULD BE INSTALLED IF THE SURROUNDING AREA
 IS EVER DEVELOPED? AS CURRENTLY DESIGNATED ON THE
 CITY?S FUTURE LAND USE MAP, THE AREA IMMEDIATELY EAST
 OF THE TRANSMISSION CORRIDOR IS DESIGNATED AS SINGLE
 FAMILY.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.

 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
