 1. [SATISFIED] THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER
 CITY CODE IS NGVD1929. THE CITY IS ALLOWING SURVEYS AND
 PLANS TO USE NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION EQUATION
 BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929 IS ALSO PROVIDED. PROVIDE
 THE CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] ADD VERTICAL DATUM AND
 CONVERSION EQUATION TO SHEETS C-200 (FOR BENCHMARK
 ELEVATION) AND C-204. LABEL THE VERTICAL DATUM ON
 SHEETS C-203 AND C-206. [PREVIOUS COMMENT: LABEL THE
 VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION TO NGVD1929 ON
 ALL CIVIL ENGINEERING SHEETS WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION.]

 PIPE TO BE CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY.

 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL] DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE
 DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP CRITERIA.
  
 5. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE A PRB DETAIL AND LABEL THE
 STRUCTURES WHERE A PRB WILL BE INSTALLED. [PREVIOUS
 COMMENT: PRBS SHOULD BE USED IN STRUCTURES CONNECTED TO
 EXFILTRATION TRENCHES AND ON THE OUTFALL PIPE. THE CITY
 DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION
 TRENCHES.]
  
 6. [SATISFIED] THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE EXISTING CATCH
 BASIN ON DATURA STREET WEST OF THE DRIVEWAY. THE CIVIL
 PLANS SHOW THE CATCH BASIN AT THE WEST SIDE OF THE
 DRIVEWAY. IF THE SITE PLAN IS CORRECT, THEN SHOW THE
 DRIVEWAY FLARE CONNECTING INTO THE EXISTING CURB
 TRANSITION. IF THE CATCH BASIN IS WITHIN THE DRIVEWAY
 THEN IT SHOULD BE CONVERTED TO A VALLEY GUTTER TOP AND
 VALLEY GUTTER CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] VALLEY GUTTER MAY NOT BE NEEDED AT THE
 ALLEY DRIVEWAY. COORDINATE DESIGN WITH THE CITY'S
 PROPOSED UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE ALLEY.
  
 8. [SATISFIED] MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT TO BE NEEDED FOR
 THE IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF
 QUADRILLE PLAZA DRIVE.
  
 9. [SATISFIED] SITE SHOULD BE GRADED TO DRAIN
 INTERNALLY TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND NOT FLOW ACROSS
 THE SIDEWALKS.
  
 10. [SATISFIED] SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 11. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] SHOW AND LABEL THE LOCATION
 OF THE PROPERTY LINE. PROVIDE DIMENSIONS FROM BACK OF
 CURB TO THE PROPERTY LINE. [PREVIOUS COMMENT: PROVIDE
 CROSS SECTIONS FOR EACH DRIVEWAY AND FOR THE EAST
 PROPERTY LINE FROM CENTER OF RIGHT OF WAY TO 10 FEET
 WITHIN THE PROJECT.]
  
 12. [SATISFIED] INDICATE IF A PERIMETER BERM WILL BE
 REQUIRED TO CONTAIN STORMWATER RUNOFF UP TO THE 25-YEAR
 3-DAY STORM EVENT.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 13. SUGGEST NARROWING THE WIDTH OF THE SOUTH DRIVEWAY
 IN ORDER TO KEEP THE EXISTING DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND
 CONVERT THE STRUCTURE TO MANHOLE TOP. THE EXISTING
 ELECTRICAL DUCT BANK MAY PREVENT THE INSTALLATION OF
 15? RCP BETWEEN THE NEW CATCH BASIN AND THE NEW MANHOLE
 IN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 14. LABEL EXISTING PIPE SIZES AND MATERIAL FOR
 STORMWATER, SANITARY SEWER AND WATER MAINS.
  
 15. THE SITE PLAN (SHEET PSP-1) SHOWS AND EXISTING
 STORM PIPE ON DATURA STREET AS CURVING BETWEEN A CATCH
 BASIN ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE ROAD AND A MANHOLE ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE ROAD. FURTHER WEST ON DATURA
 STREET, A STORM PIPE IS SHOWN BENDING AROUND THE POWER
 POLE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE STREET. HOW WERE THESE
 PIPE ALIGNMENTS DETERMINED?
  
 16. SHEET C-203 SHOWS THE ELEVATION OF THE FOUR CORNERS
 OF THE SIDEWALK CROSSING THE DRIVEWAY TO BE THE SAME.
 THERE SHOULD BE A MINIMUM CROSS SLOPE OF 0.5% FOR
 DRAINAGE AND MAXIMUM CROSS SLOPE OF 2% FOR ADA. THE
 CROSS SLOPE NEEDS TO BE SHOWN ON SECTION A-A ON SHEET
 C-205.
  
 17. INCREASE THE DEPTH OF THE SWALE EAST OF THE PARKING
 SPACES.
  
 18. COMMENT REVISED 9/13/2021 TO MATCH WHAT WAS
 DISCUSSED WITH J. SCHMIDT ON 9/10/21) MOVE THE PROPOSED
 CURBING OUT OF THE ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY. LABEL THE CURBS
 ON SHEET C-200.
  
 19. CAN THE VALLEY GUTTER (DROP CURB) ACROSS THE SOUTH
 DRIVEWAY BE TANGENT TO THE BULBOUT WEST OF THE
 DRIVEWAY? DRIVERS TURNING FROM QUADRILLE PLAZA DRIVE
 AND FOLLOWING THE EDGE OF PAVEMENT WILL HIT THE BULBOUT
 OR HAVE TO QUICKLY SHIFT TO THE LEFT TO AVOID THE
 BULBOUT. MORE OF THE CURB AND GUTTER EAST OF THE
 DRIVEWAY MAY NEED TO BE REPLACED (IF THE ROAD IS WIDE
 ENOUGH) TO BE TANGENT ON THE EAST SIDE ALSO.
