2021-06-10 10:45:44THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. THE CITY?S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM PER CITY CODE IS
 NGVD1929. THE CITY IS ALLOWING SURVEYS AND PLANS TO USE
 NAVD1988 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION EQUATION BETWEEN
 NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929 IS ALSO PROVIDED. PROVIDE THE
 CONVERSION EQUATION ON THE SURVEY.
  
 2. LABEL THE VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION TO
 NGVD1929 ON ALL CIVIL ENGINEERING SHEETS WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION.
  
 3. MINIMUM 15 INCH DIAMETER RCP DRAINAGE PIPE TO BE
 CONSTRUCTED WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 4. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA.
  
 5. PRBS SHOULD BE USED IN STRUCTURES CONNECTED TO
 EXFILTRATION TRENCHES AND ON THE OUTFALL PIPE. THE CITY
 DOES NOT ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS WITH EXFILTRATION
 TRENCHES.
  
 6. THE SITE PLAN SHOWS THE EXISTING CATCH BASIN ON
 DATURA STREET WEST OF THE DRIVEWAY. THE CIVIL PLANS
 SHOW THE CATCH BASIN AT THE WEST SIDE OF THE DRIVEWAY.
 IF THE SITE PLAN IS CORRECT, THEN SHOW THE DRIVEWAY
 FLARE CONNECTING INTO THE EXISTING CURB TRANSITION. IF
 THE CATCH BASIN IS WITHIN THE DRIVEWAY THEN IT SHOULD
 BE CONVERTED TO A VALLEY GUTTER TOP AND VALLEY GUTTER
 CONSTRUCTED ACROSS THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 7. VALLEY GUTTER MAY NOT BE NEEDED AT THE ALLEY
 DRIVEWAY. COORDINATE DESIGN WITH THE CITY'S PROPOSED
 UTILITY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT IN THE ALLEY.
  
 8. MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT TO BE NEEDED FOR THE
 IMPROVEMENTS PROPOSED IN THE RIGHT OF WAY OF QUADRILLE
 PLAZA DRIVE.
  
 9. SITE SHOULD BE GRADED TO DRAIN INTERNALLY TO THE
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM AND NOT FLOW ACROSS THE SIDEWALKS.
  
 10. SHOW UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 11. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FOR EACH DRIVEWAY AND FOR
 THE EAST PROPERTY LINE FROM CENTER OF RIGHT OF WAY TO
 10 FEET WITHIN THE PROJECT.
  
 12. INDICATE IF A PERIMETER BERM WILL BE REQUIRED TO
 CONTAIN STORMWATER RUNOFF UP TO THE 25-YEAR 3-DAY STORM
 EVENT.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD OR FDEP ERP (IF
 APPLICABLE) WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
