 1. THE PROPERTY IS CURRENTLY BEING REPLATTED.
 2. ALL PROJECTS TOTALING OVER $750,000 WILL BE SUBJECT
 TO THE CITY OF WPB ART IN PUBLIC PLACES ORDINANCE.

 SITE PLAN COMMENTS
  
 CONNECTION/ACCESS
 5. A CROSS-ACCESS/UTILITY AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
 6. PALM BEACH LAKES IS CURRENTLY UNDER CONSTRUCTION,
 SHOW PROPOSED IMPROVEMENTS PER PALM BEACH COUNTY PLANS.
 PARKING
 7. PROVIDE WHEEL STOPS AT ALL THE 18 FOOT PARKING SPOTS
 ADJACENT TO THE NORTHERN SIDE OF THE PROPERTY ADJACENT
 TO THE SIDEWALK ALONG PALM BEACH LAKES BOULEVARD; AND
 THE SOUTHEASTERN UTILITY EASEMENT.
  
 LANDSCAPE
 8. EAST SIDE OF THE PROPERTY HAS WATER/POWER EASEMENTS,
 TREES SHALL NOT BE PLANTED ON EASEMENT. EXISTING TREES
 SHALL BE MOVED TO OTHER LOCATIONS ON PROJECT SITE, NO
 CLOSER THAN 5 FEET.
 9. THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER ON THE NORTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY MUST CONTAIN FLOWERING OR SHADE TREES, IT
 SHALL NOT BE ENTIRELY PALMS. PER SECTION 94-443.B.1-5:
 THERE SHALL BE ONE (1) SHADE TREE PER THIRTY (30)
 LINEAR FEET.
  
 OTHER SITE PLAN COMMENTS
 10. THE PROPOSED BICYCLE RACK (WIDE U BIKE RACK) IS NOT
 ALLOWED IN THE CITY OF WEST PALM BEACH. PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED BICYCLE PARKING CONSISTENT WITH ALLOWED BIKE
 RACKS IN THE CITY AND A STANDARD CITY DETAIL.
 11. PROVIDE SPACING DIMENSIONS BETWEEN BIKE RACKS.
 12. INCLUDE THE DIMENSIONS OF MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT FROM
 THE SOUTHERN SIDE OF THE BUILDING TO PROPERTY LINES.

 COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 8.5 INCHES X 11 INCHES
 AND ONE (1) SET IN 11 INCHES X 17 INCHES, AND AN
 ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS. NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE.
