 APPLICANT HAS UPDATED THE ZONING SITE PLAN TO INCLUDE
 THE REQUESTED TRAFFIC CONTROL SIGNAGE AS REQUESTED AND
 REQUIRED. SEE ZONING SITE PLAN. SIGNAGE HAS BEEN ADDED
 TO THE PLANS.

 CURB OR A GRAPHIC ERROR? CANNOT JOIN TERMINAL ISLANDS
 AND ELIMINATE THE THOROUGHFARE ON THE ALLEY
 RESPONSE: PLANS HAVE BEEN REVISED TO INDICATE THAT THE
 DOUBLE LINES REPRESENT A FLUSH CONCRETE HEADER CURB
 SEPARATING PAVERS FROM ASPHALT. CALL OUT WAS ADDED ON
 PLANS. REFER TO SHEETS L1-110 STREETSCAPE SET.

 MECHANICAL EQUIPMENT) SHALL BE SCREENED FROM VIEW WITH
 LANDSCAPE HEDGES.
  
 2. THE REQUIRED STREET TREES ALONG THE CORNERS OF 8TH
 AND 9TH STREETS, ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE
 LOTS SHALL BE INSTALLED PER SECTION 94-113. (SEE

 3. PLEASE CONSIDER THE RELOCATION OF THE TRANSFORMER ON
 THE SOUTH SIDE OF 9TH STREET. RELOCATE TO THE ALLEY IF
 POSSIBLE. THE TRANSFORMERS AS PROPROSED CURRENTLY HAVE
 A UTILITY CONFLICT WITH LANDSCAPE TREES AND ARE VISIBLE
 FROM STREET.
