 ARE ANY ADDITIONAL SIGNS OR PAVEMENT MARKINGS NEEDED?

 -IF PROPOSED SEWER MAIN THAT IS RUNNING THROUGH PARKING
 LOT IS CITY OWNED AND MAINTAINED, THEN THERE SHOULD BE
 A UTILITY EASEMENT SHOWN AND LABELED FOR IT ON C1.1.
  
 -CIVIL PLANS DO NOT SHOW SEVERAL EXISTING WATER
 SERVICES, METERS, BACKFLOWS, AND BOXES FOR THE PARKING
 LOT PROPERTIES. THOSE NEED TO BE ACCOUNTED FOR AND
 PLANNED FURTHER. APPLICANT/PROJECT MAY HAVE TO REMOVE
 OR RELOCATE THEM AND WILL HAVE TO RESOLVE ANY ACCOUNTS
 WITH CITY WPB UTILITY BILLING.
  
 -C1.1 DOES NOT SHOW EXISTING WATER MAIN RUNNING DOWN
