 2. A MINIMUM 36 INCHES IN HEIGHT WALL OF SOLID FENCE
 SHALL BE INSTALLED ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE TO
 PROTECT THE ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL USES.
 3. PLEASE PROVIDE DIMENSIONS ON ALL PARKING STALL AND
 DRIVE AISLES TO CONFIRM COMPLIANCE.
 4. BIKE PARKING SHALL BE PROVIDED AT A MINIMUM OF 1/100
 FEET OF STREET FRONTAGE.
 5. PLEASE STUDY TRAFFIC CONTROL MEASURES TO AVOID CARS
 EXITING THE SURFACE PARKIGN LOTS TO GO EAST ON 9TH AND
 8TH STREET.
 6. PLEASE PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF THE EXISTING CURB
 CUTS AND INDICATE IF ANDY RELOCATION OR REALIGNMENT IS
 BEING PROPOSED.
 7. STUDY THE POSIBILITY TO ALIGN THE CURB CUT ON 8TH
 STREET WITH THE DRIVE AISLE. SOME ADDITIONAL SPACES MAY
 BE GAINED.
 8. THE ASPPHALT AREA CAN BE STOPPED AT THE WHEEL STOP
 AND ALLOW ADDITIONAL PLANTING FOR THE LANDSCAPE
 BUFFERS.
