 A. WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
 B. PROVIDE AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS AND 2 SETS
 OF PHYSICAL PLANS, ALONG WITH ONE (1) REDUCED COPY (11
 IN X 17 IN).
 C. PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
 D. IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
 E. A RESUBMITTAL FEE OF 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION

 SEALED.
  
 THE ALTA/ACSM LAND TITLE SURVEY SHALL BE WITHIN ONE (1)
 YEAR OLD AND ACCOMPANIED BY A CURRENT OWNERSHIP AND
 ENCUMBRANCE (O & E) REPORT, WHICH SHALL INCLUDE ALL
 EASEMENTS AND RESTRICTIONS OF RECORD, OR A CURRENT
 TITLE POLICY.
  
 IS THIS LOT TO BE DEVELOPED SEPARATELY FROM THE LOT TO
 THE NORTH? ARE THERE PLANS TO SELL THE LOTS SEPARATELY?
  
 THE EXISTING DRIVEWAY ENTRANCE WIDTHS SHOULD BE REDUCED
 TO 25 FEET. SHOW WIDTHS OF EXISTING CURB CUTS ON
 SURVEY.
  
 THE BICYCLE PARKING NEEDS TO BE LOCATED CLOSER TO THE
 BUILDING ENTRANCE.
  
 PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING DETAILS IN THE INFORMATION
 TABLE ON SITE PLAN.
  
 SITE IS NOT VACANT. THERE ARE TWO STRUCTURES ON
 PROPERTY: ONE STRUCTURE IS ON THE PROPERTY TO THE NORTH
 AND THE OVERHANG ENCROACHES THE SUBJECT PROPERTY (TO
 THE SOUTH) AND THERE IS ANOTHER COMMERCIAL CARPORT LIKE
 STRUCTURE. WHAT ARE THE PLANS FOR THOSE STRUCTURES? ARE
 THEY TO BE DEMOLISHED?
