 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
 1. CORRECT THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER CALCULATION FOR THE
 WEST TO 175 FEET. DRIVEWAYS CANNOT BE DEDUCTED. 6
 REQUIRED TREES CAN BE CLUSTERED AS NEEDED. DRIVEWAYS
 MAY BE REQUIRED TO BE NARROWED.
  
 2. PROVIDE CALCULATION FOR BUFFER ALONG GEORGIA AVE
 WITH ACCESS DRIVEWAYS TO SHOW THEY DO NOT EXCEED 25%
 INTERRUPTION FOR VEHICULAR ACCESS AS REQUIRED BY
 SECTION 94-443(B)(2).
  
 3. SHOW LOCATIONS OF ALL UTILITIES AND GROUND MOUNTED
 EQUIPMENT AND PROVIDE SCREENING. VALVES IN THE GEORGIA
 AVE BUFFER NEED TO MATCH THE CIVIL DRAWINGS.
  
 4. FPL TRANSFORMER LOCATION MUST BE SHOWN, AND
 SCREENING PROVIDED.
  
 5. PARKING SPACES MUST SHOW THE OVERHANG AREA IF CURB
 IS TO BE LOCATED AT 16 FEET PARKING SPACE LENGTH.
  
 6. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A MINIMUM OF 75
 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO BE PLANTED
 WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING AREA SHALL
 BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. OF THE 3 REQUIRED TREES, 2
 MUST BE CATEGORY 1.
