 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT IF THE PLANNING DIVISION HAS NOT
 RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO THE PPRC COMMENTS WITHIN 60 DAYS
 FROM THE DATE OF THESE COMMENTS (BY APRIL 7, 2021), THE
 PLANNING DIVISION MAY NOTIFY THE APPLICANT THAT THE
 CASE IS CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN. ANY FURTHER ACTION SHALL
 REQUIRE A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 ADDITIONAL RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF
 PREVIOUSLY ISSUED COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE
 SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED
 A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL
 APPLICATION FEE ($200).
  
 1) UPDATED COMMENT: PROVIDE THE COMCAST, AND WEST PALM
 BEACH UTILITY LETTER APPROVALS.
  
 2) UPDATED COMMENT: PARKING DETAILS ARE REQUIRED FOR
 ALL CONDITIONS. NO PARKING DETAILS WERE PROVIDED.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE WHEEL STOPS SHOWN ADJACENT TO THE
 BUILDING DO NOT MEET THE CODE REQUIRED TWO FEET FROM
 THE END OF THE PARKING SPACE.
  
 3) REPEAT COMMENT: THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REQUIREMENTS REQUIRE THAT PARKING LOT LANDSCAPE ISLANDS
 BE THE FULL LENGTH OF THE PARKING SPACE. THE PLANS DO
 NOT COMPLY WITH THIS REQUIREMENT. YOU MUST EITHER
 LENGTHEN THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS OR STRIPE THE SPACES TO
 NOT EXCEED THE ISLAND LENGTH. NOTE: THE ISLANDS SCALE
 TO THE MEET THE MINIMUM PARKING STALL LENGTH, SO THE
 ISLANDS CAN STAY THE LENGTH AS SHOWN IF THE STALL
 LENGTH IS REDUCED.
  
 4) UPDATED COMMENT: NOT ALL THE SCREEN WALL LOCATIONS
 ARE SHOWN ON THE CIVIL AND LANDSCAPE PLANS. THE CITY
 DOES NOT PERMIT CHAIN LINK FENCES TO SCREEN GENERATORS,
 WHICH IS WHAT IS CALLED OUT ON THE ELEVATION PLAN.
  
 5) THE BICYCLE RACK AT THE BANK NEEDS TO HAVE 24 INCHES
 ON EACH SIDE OF THE RACK, NOT 24 INCHES OF WIDTH.
  
 6) UPDATED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE
 COMPACTOR SCREENING DETAILS ON THE ELEVATION PLANS;
 HOWEVER, THE ENCLOSURE IS NOT SHOWN ON THE SITE PLAN AS
 REQUIRED.
  
 7) UPDATED COMMENT: THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING THE
 LOCATION OF THE LIGHTING IN THE PARKING LOT. THERE ARE
 SEVERAL POLES LOCATED WITHIN THE PARKING FIELD BETWEEN
 PARKING SPACES. PROVIDE DETAILS THAT INCLUDE THE
 DIMENSION OF THE POLE AND ANY BOLLARDS OR OTHER
 PROTECTIVE DEVICES OVERLAID ON A TO SCALE PARKING STALL
 LAYOUT SO THAT STAFF CAN VERIFY THAT THE PROPOSED
 LAYOUT STILL PERMITS THE PARKING SPACES TO MEET CODE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 8) IN AN EMAIL TO LENS LUBIN, DATED SEPTEMBER 9, 2021,
 IN WHICH STAFF MADE AN IN-PROGRESS REVIEW OF THE PLANS,
 STAFF PROVIDED THE ADDITIONAL COMMENT BELOW, WHICH WAS
 NOT ADDRESSED AS PART OF THIS RESUBMITTAL:
  
 THE COLOR ELEVATIONS DO NOT SHOW THE PROPOSED RAMP
 ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE BUILDING. THE HEIGHT OF THE
 TOP OF THE RAIL MUST BE PROVIDED. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS
 RAMP ENCROACHES INTO THE REQUIRED SETBACK AND LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER AND UNLESS IT IS SPECIFICALLY THERE TO MEET ADA
 REQUIREMENTS IT IS NOT PERMITTED. IF IT IS FOR ADA
 PURPOSES AND THE PURPOSED CANNOT BE ACHIEVED BY ANOTHER
 METHOD, YOU MUST SUBMIT A LETTER WITH YOUR RESUBMITTAL
 REQUESTING A REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION DETERMINATION
 BASED ON THE RAMP BEING INSTALLED TO MEET ADA
 PROVISIONS (PLEASE INCLUDE THE ADA CODE CITATION MET)
 AND THEN THE CITY WILL GRANT THE REASONABLE
 ACCOMMODATION TO WAIVE THE REQUIREMENT TO COMPLY WITH
 THE SETBACK AND LANDSCAPE BUFFER ENCROACHMENT. NOTE:
 THE TOP OF THE RAIL FROM GRADE MAY NOT EXCEED 6 FEET OR
 IT ALSO FALLS UNDER THE REASONABLE ACCOMMODATION
 WAIVER.
  
 9) CONDITION (DRAFT): THE MICRO-MOBILITY STATION AREA
 MUST BE PROVIDED WITH BASIC ELECTRIFICATION READINESS
 CONSISTING OF AN ELECTRICAL PULL BOX (240V CIRCUIT) AND
 2-INCH SCHEDULE 40 PVC ELECTRIC CONDUIT TO THE POWER
 SOURCE. THE ELECTRICAL READINESS MUST BE APPROVED BY
 THE CITY'S TRAFFIC ENGINEER AND INSTALLED PRIOR TO THE
 CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE NEW PUBLIX.
