 -THERE IS CROSS WALK AT NORTH SIDE OF BUILDING WITH
 MARKINGS THAT RUN INTO ISLAND CURB. PLEASE CORRECT.
  
 -THE ACCESSIBILITY PLAN DOES NOT SHOW ROUTE FROM ROW
 SIDEWALK TO BANK. IS THERE ONE?
  
 -ADD A SMALL UTILITY EASEMENT ALL THE WAY AROUND THE
 PROPOSED FIRE HYDRANT WITH ITS PIPING.
  
 -ONE OF THE WATER SERVICES NEAR THE DUMPSTER DOES NOT
 HAVE PLUMBING PIPE SHOWN. IS IT FOR IRRIGATION?
  
 -WILL THE IRRIGATION WATER SERVICE AT NORTH SIDE OF THE
 PROPERTY IRRIGATE THE SOUTH SIDE OF PROPERTY?
  
 -FOR FORMAL ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL: ADD ADDITIONAL GATE
 VALVES IN THE GRASS AFTER THE SIDEWALK FOR THE
 FIRELINES NEAR THE DUMPSTER AND LABEL THEM POINT OF
 SERVICE; LABEL ALL PROPOSED WATER SERVICE PIPE WITH
 PIPE SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE.
  
 -IS THE SEWER LATERAL FOR THE WESTERN BUILDING SHOWN ON
 THE UTILITY PLAN?
  
 -VERIFY THE EXISTING WATER SERVICE SHOWN IN THE AREA OF
 BLOW UP 1 IS BEING REMOVED, AND ONE OF THE PROPOSED NEW
 METERED WATER SERVICES WILL CONTINUE PROVIDING WATER
 SERVICE AFTER PROJECT IS COMPLETED.
  
 -THE SEWER LATERALS FOR THE EAST BUILDING AND BANK ARE
 NOT SHOWN ON UTILITY PLAN. IF THEY ARE CONNECTED TO THE
 EXISTING 8 INCH CLAY SEWER PIPE AT THE REAR OF THE
 STORES, WILL THE EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEWER SYSTEMS
 FUNCTION PROPERLY?
  
 -THERE APPEAR TO BE BOLLARDS AROUND THE PROPOSED FIRE
 HYDRANT. CHECK TO SEE IF THEY COMPLY WITH STANDARD
 DETAIL P-8.
  
 -1.5 INCH METERS REQUIRE 2 INCH SERVICE PIPE BETWEEN
 THE METER AND WATER MAIN.
  
 -PAVEMENT RESTORATION BOUNDARIES ON NOTTINGHAM LOOK
 SMALLER THAN REQUIRED. CHECK DIMENSIONS NEEDED ON THE
 TRENCHING OR PAVEMENT RESTORATION STANDARD DETAILS AND
 ADJUST.
  
 -IS THERE AN FDC FOR THE EASTERN PROPOSED 8 INCH DCDA?
 IF NOT, IS ONE NEEDED?
  
 -ARE ANY OF THE PROPOSED RETAIL SHOPS PLANNING TO BE
 RESTAURANTS?
