 16-03). PLEASE CORRECT IN THE SITE DATA TABULAR. FOR
 FUTURE REFERENCE, IT MAY BE EASIER NOT TO INCLUDE A
 CITY APPLICATION NUMBER SINCE IT CHANGES WITH EACH
 AMENDMENT.
  
 2.) PLEASE CORRECT THE PROVIDED INTERIOR SETBACK TO 35'
 IN THE DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS TABLE (IT IS NOT 36' AS
 SPECIFIED IN THE TABLE).
  
 3.) SINCE A SWIMMING POOL IS NO LONGER PART OF THE
 DESIGN, THE REFERENCES TO THE SWIMMING POOL AND
 SWIMMING POOL SETBACKS SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE
 PLAN.
  
 4.) PLEASE WORK WITH RAY CARANCI, SENIOR LANDSCAPE
 PLANNER, TO ADDRESS REQUIRED LANDSCAPING AND THE
 PLACEMENT OF THE TRANSFORMER WITHIN THE TERMINAL
 LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 5.) SETBACK DISTANCE FROM THE LIGHT POLE FIXTURES TO
 THE PROPERTY LINES SHALL BE SHOWN IN THE SITE PLAN (IN
 ADDITION TO THE SITE PLAN EXHIBIT (SHEET SPE-1)).
 PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LIGHT POLE FIXTURES MUST BE
 SETBACK A MINIMUM OF 25 FT. FROM THE FRONT PROPERTY
 LINE; 5 FT. FROM THE SIDE AND REAR PROPERTY LINES. THE
 LIGHT FIXTURES DO NOT SEEM TO COMPLY WITH THE SETBACK
 REQUIREMENTS. AN ALTERNATIVE MAY BE TO PROVIDE LIGHTING
 ON THE BUILDING IF THE MINIMUM REQUIRED SETBACKS CANNOT
 BE MET. [ZLDR S.94-304(B)]
  
 6.) A PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL BE PROVIDED. THE
 PHOTOMETRIC PLAN MUST SHOW FOOT CANDLE SPILLOVER JUST
 BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES AND ALSO INCLUDE THE SETBACK
 DISTANCE OF THE LIGHT FIXTURES FROM THE LIGHT POLE TO
 THE PROPERTY LINE. SETBACK DISTANCE SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE SETBACK REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS.
  
 7.) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL CONTAIN THE FOLLOWING
 NOTE: ALL OUTDOOR LIGHTING SHALL BE SHIELDED TO REDUCE
 GLARE AND SHALL BE ARRANGED TO REFLECT LIGHT OR GLARE
 AWAY FROM ALL ADJACENT RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS, ADJACENT
 RESIDENCES, OR PUBLIC THOROUGHFARES. [ZLDR S.94-309(A)]
  
 8.) PLEASE CONFIRM WITH VALERIO ORRICHIO, CITY
 TRANSPORTATION ENGINEER, TO DETERMINE THAT THE
 RELOCATION OF THE SECOND ON-STREET PARKING SPOT WILL
 NOT OBSTRUCT SIGHT VISIBILITY. THE SECOND ON STREET
 PARKING STALL WILL NEED TO BE RELOCATED IF IT OBSTRUCTS
 SIGHT VISIBILITY.
  
 9.) WHAT IS THE HEIGHT OF THE PHASE II FENCE AND
 SECURITY GATE? THE HEIGHT SHALL BE NOTED IN THE PLANS
 TO DEMONSTRATE CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZONING AND LAND
 DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS). IS THERE A DETAIL?

 10.) THE ARROW POINTING TO THE 4 FT. HIGH PANEL WALL
 SHALL POINT DIRECTLY TO THE PANEL WALL (NOT THE 10 FT.
 WIDE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
