 1.) AN INSUFFICIENT NUMBER OF HARDCOPY SETS HAD BEEN
 PROVIDED WITH THE ORIGINAL SUBMITTAL. PLEASE BE SURE TO
 PROVIDE THE MINIMUM NUMBER OF SETS REQUIRED FOR
 RESUBMITTAL (SEE INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL).
  
 2.) THERE WAS AN ISSUE WITH THE PRINTING OF THE HARD
 COPY SET THAT WAS SUBMITTED. PLEASE CHECK TO MAKE SURE
 THE PLANS ARE LEGIBLE.
  
 3.) THE APPROVED AND THE PROPOSED BUILDING CALCULATIONS
 DO NOT ADD UP. IT WAS THE UNDERSTANDING OF STAFF THAT
 THE BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FOR THE RESIDENTIAL
 BUILDING WOULD NOT BE CHANGING IN THE ZOOM CALL FOR THE
 PROPOSED AMENDMENT BACK IN FEBRUARY. THERE SEEMS TO BE
 ADDITIONAL BUILDING SQUARE FOOTAGE FROM THE APPROVED
 PLAN. PLEASE CLARIFY. ALSO NOTE THAT AS DISCUSSED IN
 THE ZOOM CALL FOR THE PROPOSED AMENDMENT BACK IN
 FEBRUARY, THAT ANY BUILDING ADDITION GREATER THAN 5%
 WOULD REQUIRE A MAJOR AMENDMENT TO THE PD.
  
 4.) AN AMENDMENT TO THE MASTER DEVELOPMENT PLAN (SHEET
 MDP-1) AND THE OVERALL SITE PLAN (SHEET OSP-1) IS
 REQUIRED AS PART OF THIS AMENDMENT SINCE THE DATA
 CALCULATIONS HAVE CHANGED.
  
 5.) ALL PROPOSED CHANGES SHALL BE IDENTIFIED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT. CHANGES NOT PROVIDED IN THE
 JUSTIFICATION STATEMENT INCLUDE PERVIOUS/IMPERVIOUS
 SURFACE AREA, RELOCATION OF 8 FT. HIGH CONCRETE WALL,
 ADJUSTMENTS MADE TO THE LANDSCAPE ISLANDS, ETC. (JUST
 TO NAME A FEW.).
  
 6.) ALL REVISION DATES SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE
 MODIFIED SHEETS FROM THE APPROVED PLANS FOR TRACKING
 PURPOSES. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THE REVISION DATE WILL
 RESULT IN A "FAIL" IN THE SYSTEM.
  
  
  
 SITE DATA/AREAS EXHIBITS (SHEET SD-1):
  
 1.) PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING IN THE OVERALL
 DEVELOPMENT SITE DATA TABULAR: A) EXISTING FLU IS NO
 LONGER COMMERCIAL (C). PLEASE CORRECT TO COMMERCIAL
 EAST (CE). B) EXISTING ZONING IS NO LONGER GENERAL
 COMMERCIAL (GC). PLEASE CORRECT TO COMMERCIAL PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT (CPD) WITH UNDERLYING GC. C) THE
 CALCULATIONS PROVIDED FOR POD 3 IN THE CONCURRENCY
 SUMMARY TABLE DOES NOT ADD UP. PLEASE ADDRESS OR
 CLARIFY.
  
 2.) PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING IN THE LAND USE AND
 ZONING INFORMATION AND NOTES FOR POD 3 (LOT 2 PER PLAT)
 TABLE: CHECK CALCULATIONS FOR FAR, LOT AREA, BUILDING,
 IMPERVIOUS AND PERVIOUS SURFACE AREA. THE NUMBERS DON?T
 SEEM TO ADD UP AND MUST BE ADDRESSED FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS (SHEET SP-1):
  
 1.) THE DATA CALCULATIONS ARE MISSING FROM THE "CLEAN"
 SITE PLAN ENLARGEMENT FOR THE RESIDENTIAL PARCEL (SHEET
 SP-1). PLEASE PROVIDE.
  
 2.) IN ORDER TO PROVIDE AN 8 FT. HIGH CONCRETE WALL
 ALONG THE WEST PROPERTY LINE (FRONT), THE WALL SHALL BE
 SETBACK MORE THAN 5 FT. FROM THE PROPERTY LINE;
 OTHERWISE, THE HEIGHT OF THE WALL CANNOT EXCEED 4 FT.
 IN HEIGHT (WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK). ACCORDING TO THE
 PROPOSED MODIFICATIONS TO THE PROJECT, THE WALL HAS
 BEEN MOVED AND NOW DOES NOT MEET THE WALL HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS OF THE ZLDRS WITHIN THE FRONT SETBACK.
  
 3.) THE WIDTH OF THE INGRESS/EGRESS TO THE STRUCTURED
 PARKING GARAGE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN REDUCED FROM 24 FT.
 TO 20 FT. WRITTEN CONFIRMATION FROM THE CITY?S TRAFFIC
 ENGINEERING SHALL BE PROVIDED STATING THAT THERE ARE NO
 ISSUES WITH THE WIDTH OF THE INGRESS/EGRESS.
  
 4.) ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AS IT RELATES TO THE
 NOTES AND LABELS FOR SHEET SP-1: A) SURFACE PARKING
 CALCULATIONS HAVE CHANGED; 86 PARKING SPACES SEEMS TO
 BE THE INCORRECT NUMBER OF SURFACES PARKING SPACES
 PROVIDED. B) SHOW THE SETBACK DIMENSION OF THE PROPOSED
 MONUMENT SIGN TO THE PROPERTY LINE FOR CONSISTENCY WITH
 THE APPROVED PLANS AND TO VERIFY THAT NO CHANGES HAVE
 BEEN MADE TO THE SETBACK OF THE MONUMENT SIGN. C)
 DIMENSIONS REQUIRED FOR THE LOADING ZONE FOR
 CONSISTENCY WITH THE ZLDRS. D) FLOATING NOTES FOR:
 PRIVATE PATIOS, 12' FPL EASEMENT, 16'-6" VERT.
 CLEARANCE UNDER ENTRY CANOPY. E) REAR (EAST) SETBACK
 SEEMS TO BE MISLABELED AT 23'-10". A DIMENSION HAS BEEN
 PROVIDED THAT SHOWS THE EAST SETBACK AT 23'-9". PLEASE
 ADDRESS FOR CONSISTENCY.
  
  
  
 ARCHITECTURAL DRAWINGS:
  
 1.) FULL ARCHITECTURAL FLOOR PLANS SHALL BE REQUIRED
 FOR EACH LEVEL TO COMPLETE THE ARCHITECTURAL SET AS
 PART OF THE AMENDMENT TO THE APPROVED PLANS.
  
 2.) SIGNAGE HAS BEEN DETECTED ON THE ELEVATIONAL
 DRAWINGS. PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING NOTES IN THE
 PLAN: ALL WALL SIGNAGE SHALL COMPLY WITH ARTICLE XIII,
 SIGN REGULATIONS OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS. THE COMPLIANCE NOTE HAS REMOVED IN THE
 PROPOSED PLANS.
  
  
  
 INSTRUCTIONS FOR RESUBMITTAL:
  
 * PLEASE PROVIDE RESPONSES TO REVIEW COMMENTS IN
 WRITTEN FORMAT.
  
 * WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF FOUR
 (4) PAPER COPIES, ONE (1) REDUCED COPY IN 11 INCHES X
 17 INCHES, AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY OF ALL PLANS AND
 DOCUMENTS.
  
 * ANY CHANGES ON THE RESUBMITTED PLANS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 * PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20 PERCENT OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE
