| | OF THE SITE BASED ON THE CURRENTLY SUBMITTED PLANS, YOU |
| | WILL NEED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT BEST BUY HAS |
| | RELEASED THEIR INTEREST IN THE EASEMENT. IF BEST BUY |
| | DOES NOT RELEASE THEIR INTEREST IN THE EASEMENT, THEN |
| | THE SITE WILL NEED TO BE RECONFIGURED VIA A PLANNED |
| | DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS. |
