 - WHEN RESUBMITTING, PLEASE PROVIDE A MINIMUM OF THREE
 (3) PAPER COPIES AND AN ELECTRONIC COPY IN .PNG FORMAT
 OF ALL PLANS. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGES ON THE
 RESUBMITTED PLANS OR THE SUBMITTAL OF INFORMATION/PLANS
 TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN ADDITIONAL
 COMMENTS.
  
 - UPON STAFF REVIEW OF THE RESUBMITTED PLANS AND
 DETERMINATION THAT THE NEW PLANS HAVE MET THE COMMENTS,
 YOU WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE PLANNING
 BOARD MEETING.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE ADDITIONAL
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($600).
  
 - PUBLIC HEARING NOTIFICATION SIGNAGE SHALL BE POSTED
 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION
 94-39(I)(5) OF THE ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT
 REGULATIONS.
  
 1) THE TREES AND PALMS THAT ARE LISTED AS TO BE
 RELOCATED AND REMOVED MUST NO LONGER BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. SHOWING THEM WITH A LOWER LINE WEIGHT
 IS NOT PERMITTED. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS TO SHOW THE
 FINAL LANDSCAPE LAYOUT, SO THE TREES WOULD BE SHOWN
 WHERE THEY WILL BE RELOCATED TO, NOT WHERE THEY CAME
 FROM.
  
 2) THE PROPERTY LINE DIMENSIONS LISTED ON THE TREE
 REQUIREMENTS CHART DO NOT MATCH THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN OR SURVEY. WHILE THEY ARE CLOSE, THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE WILL GO TO 215 FEET AND THUS REQUIRES AN
 ADDITIONAL TREE. UPDATE THE CHART ACCORDINGLY. NOTE: IT
 APPEARS THAT THE BUFFERS HAVE ENOUGH BUFFER TREES, EVEN
 WITH THE ONE ADDITIONAL THAT IS REQUIRED.
  
 3) LEAVING THE AREA WITH THE OLD DRIVEWAY CUT VIOLATES
 THE 1 TREE EVERY 30 FEET AND THE HEDGE REQUIRED WITHIN
 BUFFERS ADJACENT TO VEHICULAR USE AREAS. THE LANDSCAPE
 PLANS MUST SHOW FULL COMPLIANCE WITH THE LANDSCAPE
 CODE. NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE TABLES NEED TO BE UPDATED TO
 REFLECT MATERIAL THAT IS SHOW IN THIS LOCATION.
  
 4) A SABAL PALM IS SHOWN LOCATED WITHIN THE REVISED
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE BRANDSMART PROPERTY. THE
 CITY DOES NOT PERMIT TREES TO BE PLANTED WITHIN CITY
 DRAINAGE EASEMENTS. THE SABAL PALM WILL NEED TO BE
 RELOCATED OUT OF THE EASEMENT.
  
 5) PROVIDE A COPY OF THE COMCAST LETTER OF NO
 OBJECTION.
  
 6) WILL THE MENU SIGNS INCLUDE THE BUSINESS NAME OR
 LOGO ON THEM? IF SO, THEN THIS WILL NEED TO BE
 SPECIFICALLY PERMITTED BY THE DEVELOPMENT ORDER.
  
 7) CONDITION (DRAFT): PRIOR TO CO OF THE CAR WASH
 BUILDING, THE APPLICANT WILL WORK WITH THE CITY TO
 TERMINATE AND REDEDICATE THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT IN THE
 SOUTHWEST PORTION OF THE SITE TO REFLECT THE ACTUAL
 PIPE LOCATION.
  
 8) CONDITION (DRAFT): THE BENCHES PROPOSED ALONG
 EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE MUST MET CRIME PREVENTION
 THROUGH ENVIRONMENTAL DESIGN (CPTED) STANDARDS.
  
 9) CONDITION (DRAFT): THE CITY HAS PLOTTED, AND YOUR
 SURVEYOR HAS VERIFIED, THAT THE CROSS ACCESS EASEMENT
 THAT BEST BUY HAS AN INTEREST IN AS LAID OUT IN THE
 EASEMENT WITH COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS CROSSES THE
 CAR WASH SITE. BASED ON THE LATEST PROPOSAL, THE
 DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE AND REQUIRED BUFFER LANDSCAPE WOULD
 BLOCK BEST BUY'S ABILITY TO UTILIZE THE EASEMENT TO
 CONSTRUCT ACCESS TO EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE. PRIOR TO
 ZONING APPROVAL OF ANY BUILDING PERMITS FOR DEVELOPMENT
 OF THE SITE BASED ON THE CURRENTLY SUBMITTED PLANS, YOU
 WILL NEED TO PROVIDE VERIFICATION THAT BEST BUY HAS
 RELEASED THEIR INTEREST IN THE EASEMENT. IF BEST BUY
 DOES NOT RELEASE THEIR INTEREST IN THE EASEMENT, THEN
 THE SITE WILL NEED TO BE RECONFIGURED VIA A PLANNED
 DEVELOPMENT AMENDMENT PRIOR TO THE ISSUANCE OF PERMITS.
