 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN:
 ? SATISFIED. ADD BRAZILIAN PEPPER TO LIST AND SHOW AS
 REMOVE WITH NO MITIGATION REQUIRED.
 ? SATISFIED. SHOW SQUARE FOOTAGE OF MITIGATION DUE FOR
 EACH TREE TO BE REMOVED ON THE CHART.
 ? SATISFIED. CHART SHOWS 2 RELOCATED LIVE OAKS, BUT 3
 ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 2. SATISFIED. REQUIRED OPEN SPACE FOR CALCULATING
 REQUIRED SHADE TREES AND FLOWERING TREES IS 40%. SHOW
 THE CORRECT SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE REQUIREMENTS CHART
 AND RECALCULATE.

 REQUIRED, 6 FLOWERING TREES AND 43 SHRUBS. CORRECT ON
 CHART. BUFFER TREES AND PARKING LOT TREES CAN BE

 3. SATISFIED. SHOW THE PERCENTAGE AND NUMBER OF PALM
 SUBSTITUTIONS FOR REQUIRED TREES NOT EXCEEDING 35
 PERCENT PER SECTION 94-442 (D).
 COULD NOT LOCATE ON PLAN, ADD TO TREE REQUIREMENT CHART
 SO INFORMATION IS CONSOLIDATED.
  
 4. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE PARKING
 LANDSCAPE AREAS COUNTED TOWARD COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.
 COULD NOT LOCATE PLAN IN THE SUBMITTAL.
  
 5. NOT SATISFIED. BUFFER LENGTHS SHOWN ON CHART ON LP-2
 DO NOT MATCH SURVEY LENGTHS. REVISE AND SHOW NEW
 CALCULATIONS. (6/21/21 SEE NOTE :#17)
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE REQUIRED BUFFER TREES AT ONE FOR
 EVERY 30 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF FOR EASTERN BUFFER OR
 REQUEST A WAIVER. THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT NEEDS TO BE
 CLARIFIED IF IT WILL BE USED OR NOT IN COORDINATION
 WITH THE ADJACENT PROJECT. PERMISSION MAY BE SOUGHT FOR
 INSTALLING THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AS AN ALTERNATIVE.
 EXTRA TREES IN PARKING AREA WOULD HAVE TO BE PART OF
 ANY WAIVER JUSTIFICATION.
  
 7. SATISFIED. WESTERN BUFFER WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED
 TO INCORPORATE THE SIDEWALK CONNECTION AS DESCRIBED IN
 THE ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 8. SATISFIED. NORTHERN 5 FOOT BUFFER SHOULD BE CONSTANT
 ACROSS THE ENTIRE LENGTH WITH ACCESS OPENINGS FOR
 SIDEWALK ACCESS ONLY. SHADE TREES SHOULD BE CONSISTENT
 WITH THE THEME FOR ALL PROPERTIES, THE ROYAL PALMS DO
 NOT PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TREE CANOPY.
  
 9. SATISFIED. SHOW LINEAR FOOTAGE OF LANDSCAPED AREA
 ADJACENT TO THE BUILDING MEETS THE REQUIREMENT OF 30
 PERCENT PER SECTION 94-443(E)(1) FOR THE BUILDING.
  
 COULD NOT LOCATE ON PLAN. CONSOLIDATE ALL LANDSCAPE
 REQUIREMENTS IN ONE CHART.
  
 10. SATISFIED. TAGS ARE NOT SHOWN ON LP-1, MAKE SURE
 THEY ARE ADDED.
  
 11. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE PLANT LIST:
 ? SATISFIED. QUANTITY FOR SILVER BUTTONWOOD TREES IS
 NOT INDICATED, AND SIZE MUST BE 12 FEET.
 ? SATISFIED. CRAPE MYRTLE MUST BE 12 FEET.
 ? ALL SPECIES LISTED UNDER TREES MUST MEET THE 12 FOOT
 HEIGHT REQUIREMENT TO QUALIFY AS TREES, OTHERWISE MOVE
 TO SHRUB CATEGORY.
  
 12. SATISFIED. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF DRAINAGE LINES ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS WITH TREES
 AND LANDSCAPING. RELOCATE UTILITY LOCATIONS OR EXPAND
 LANDSCAPE AREAS TO ACCOMMODATE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING.
  
 13. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATIONS OF FPL TRANSFORMERS ON
 THE LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH
 LANDSCAPING. PROVIDE SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED
 VALVES AND EQUIPMENT.
  
 14. SATISFIED. ROW OF PARKING SOUTH OF BUILDING SHOULD
 BE MODIFIED TO BE 18 FEET LENGTH INCLUDING CURB AND
 OVERHANG.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENT 4/16/21:
  
 15. REMOVE TREE MITIGATION CREDITS FOR THE RELOCATED
 PIGEON PLUM, LIVE OAKS AND SABAL PALMS AND RECALCULATE
 TOTAL. MITIGATION CAN ONLY BE PROVIDED WITH NEWLY ADDED
 MATERIAL.

 16. THE TREES AND PALMS THAT ARE LISTED AS TO BE
 RELOCATED AND REMOVED MUST NO LONGER BE SHOWN ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN. THIS INCLUDES USING A LIGHTER LINE
 WEIGHT. THE LANDSCAPE PLAN IS TO SHOW THE FINAL
 LANDSCAPE LAYOUT, SO THE TREES WOULD BE SHOWN WHERE
 THEY WILL BE RELOCATED TO, NOT WHERE THEY CAME FROM.
  
 17. THE PROPERTY LINE DIMENSIONS LISTED ON THE TREE
 REQUIREMENTS CHART DO NOT MATCH THE DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON
 THE SITE PLAN OR SURVEY. WHILE THEY ARE CLOSE, THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE WILL GO TO 215 FEET AND THUS REQUIRES AN
 ADDITIONAL TREE. UPDATE THE CHART ACCORDINGLY. NOTE: IT
 APPEARS THAT THE BUFFERS HAVE ENOUGH BUFFER TREES, EVEN
 WITH THE ONE ADDITIONAL THAT IS REQUIRED.
  
 18. LEAVING THE AREA WITH THE OLD DRIVEWAY CUT
 VIOLATES THE 1 TREE EVERY 30 FEET AND THE HEDGE
 REQUIRED WITHIN BUFFERS ADJACENT TO VEHICULAR USE
 AREAS. THE LANDSCAPE PLANS MUST SHOW FULL COMPLIANCE
 WITH THE LANDSCAPE CODE. NOTE: THE LANDSCAPE TABLES
 NEED TO BE UPDATED TO REFLECT MATERIAL THAT IS SHOW IN
 THIS LOCATION. 9 BUTTON SIGNS CAN BE INCORPORATED INTO
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
  
 19. A SABAL PALM IS SHOWN LOCATED WITHIN THE REVISED
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE BRANDSMART PROPERTY. THE
 CITY DOES NOT PERMIT TREES TO BE PLANTED WITHIN CITY
 DRAINAGE EASEMENTS. THE SABAL PALM WILL NEED TO BE
 RELOCATED OUT OF THE EASEMENT.
  
 20. THE LIVE OAKS ARE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF THE REVISED
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT BY BRANDSMART PROPERTY ROOT BARRIER.
 PLANTING LOCATION OF OAK SHOULD BE SHIFTED AWAY FROM
 THE BARRIER IF POSSIBLE OR SELECT A SMALLER TREE
 VARIETY FOR THE LOCATION.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
