 -IF DOMESTIC WATER SERVICE AND METER BOX ON PRIVATE
 PROPERTY AND NOT IN UTILITY EASEMENT, THEN NEEDS
 UTILITY EASEMENT AROUND IT. UE SHOULD NOT INCLUDE
 BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES.
  
 -PLEASE UPDATE LIGHT POLE POSITIONS ON CIVIL PLANS TO
 MATCH ADJUSTED SITE PLANS. ALSO ADD THE SAME CALLOUT
 NOTES ABOUT FIELD ADJUSTMENTS.
  
 -VERIFY WATER METER BOX WILL BE IN SOD.
  
 -HISTORIC PICTURES SHOW CROSSWALK AT NORTH DRIVEWAY.
 PLEASE VERIFY IF THE PROJECT CHANGING THAT TO CURBING
 OR IF REMAINING THE SAME.
  
 -FOR THE DIRECTIONAL SEPARATOR AT NORTH DRIVEWAY PLEASE
 VERIFY: 1) IF IT WILL BE SOD. 2) IF WILL HAVE RAISED
 CURBING. 3) WILL NOT CONFLICT WITH ADJACENT DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURE MAINTENANCE ? MAY NEED SOME SEPARATION
 DISTANCE.
  
 -VERIFY WHAT THE 2 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT RUNNING ALONG
 EASTERN PROPERTY LINE IS BEING USED FOR. MAY BE A
 FRANCHISE UTILITY. IF SO, CHECK TO MAKE SURE THERE WILL
 BE NO MAINTENANCE CONFLICTS SUCH AS TREE ROOTS DAMAGING
 UTILITIES. MAY NEED ADDITIONAL ROOT BARRIERS OR
 CLEARANCE DISTANCE FOR PROPOSED TREES.
  
 -PROPOSED TREE LOOKS CLOSE TO PRIVATE FIRELINE BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY. ADD ROOT BARRIERS AS NEEDED.
  
 -IS THE WATER METER BOX REMAINING IN EXISTING LOCATION
