2021-03-10 22:39:43THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. RELOCATE THE PROPOSED CONTROL STRUCTURE TO WITHIN
 THE PROPERTY.
  
 2. NO PROPOSED GRADES ARE PROVIDED ON THE CONCEPTUAL
 ENGINEERING PLAN. MINIMIZE THE AMOUNT OF PAVED AREAS
 FLOWING ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTY.
  
 3. THE 12' DRAINAGE EASEMENT ALONG THE SOUTHEAST
 PROPERTY LINE MAY BE IN USE BY THE BEST BUY PARCEL TO
 CONVEY EXCESS STORMWATER RUNOFF TO THE DITCH ON THE
 EAST SIDE OF EXECUTIVE CENTER DRIVE. REVIEW RECORDED
 EASEMENT DOCUMENT TO DETERMINE IF THERE ARE
 RESTRICTIONS OF CONSTRUCTING STRUCTURES WITHIN THE
 DRAINAGE EASEMENT SUCH AS THE PROPOSED DUMPSTER
 ENCLOSURE.
  
 4. DETERMINE IF THE STORM PIPE FROM THE SOUTHEAST
 CORNER OF THE BEST BUY LOT CONNECTS TO THE CATCH BASIN
 INLET IN THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE CHINESE RESTAURANT
 (CARWASH) SITE OR TO THE EXISTING MANHOLE IN THE
 BRANDSMART DRIVEWAY OR GOES ALL THE WAY TO THE DITCH ON
 THE EAST SIDE OF EXCUTIVE CENTER DRIVE AND SHOW THIS
 PIPE ON THE CONCEPTUAL ENGINEERING PLAN.
  
 5. THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS TO BE DESIGNED TO BE SFWMD
 ERP CRITERIA WATER QUALITY AND PEAK FLOW LIMITATIONS.
 IF A PERIMETER BERM IS NEEDED TO CONTROL DISCHARGE UP
 TO THE 25-YEAR 3-DAY DESIGN STORM, HOW WILL THIS
 PERIMETER ELEVATION BE ACHIEVED AT THE DRIVEWAYS TO
 OFFSITE PARCELS? HOW DOES THE PEAK 25-YEAR 3-DAY STAGE
 COMPARE TO THE 25-YEAR 3-DAY PEAK STAGE OF ADJACENT
 SITES?
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE SFWMD ERP MODIFICATION BEFORE
 THE START OF CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
