 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN:
 ? ADD BRAZILIAN PEPPER TO LIST AND SHOW AS REMOVE WITH
 NO MITIGATION REQUIRED.
 ? SHOW SQUARE FOOTAGE OF MITIGATION DUE FOR EACH TREE
 TO BE REMOVED ON THE CHART.
 ? CHART SHOWS 2 RELOCATED LIVE OAKS, BUT 3 ARE SHOWN ON
 THE PLANT LIST.
  
 2. REQUIRED OPEN SPACE FOR CALCULATING REQUIRED SHADE
 TREES AND FLOWERING TREES IS 40%. SHOW THE CORRECT
 SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE REQUIREMENTS CHART AND
 RECALCULATE.
  
 3. SHOW THE PERCENTAGE AND NUMBER OF PALM SUBSTITUTIONS
 FOR REQUIRED TREES NOT EXCEEDING 35 PERCENT PER SECTION
 94-442 (D).
  
 4. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE PARKING LANDSCAPE AREAS
 COUNTED TOWARD COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(3) AND
 (4) AND PROVIDE CALCULATIONS.
  
 5. BUFFER LENGTHS SHOWN ON CHART ON LP-2 DO NOT MATCH
 SURVEY LENGTHS. REVISE AND SHOW NEW CALCULATIONS.
  
 6. PROVIDE REQUIRED BUFFER TREES AT ONE FOR EVERY 30
 FEET OR PORTION THEREOF FOR EASTERN BUFFER OR REQUEST A
 WAIVER. THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT NEEDS TO BE CLARIFIED IF
 IT WILL BE USED OR NOT IN COORDINATION WITH THE
 ADJACENT PROJECT. PERMISSION MAY BE SOUGHT FOR
 INSTALLING THE REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AS AN ALTERNATIVE.
 EXTRA TREES IN PARKING AREA WOULD HAVE TO BE PART OF
 ANY WAIVER JUSTIFICATION.
  
 7. WESTERN BUFFER WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED TO
 INCORPORATE THE SIDEWALK CONNECTION AS DESCRIBED IN THE
 ZONING COMMENTS.
  
 8. NORTHERN 5 FOOT BUFFER SHOULD BE CONSTANT ACROSS THE
 ENTIRE LENGTH WITH ACCESS OPENINGS FOR SIDEWALK ACCESS
 ONLY. SHADE TREES SHOULD BE CONSISTENT WITH THE THEME
 FOR ALL PROPERTIES, THE ROYAL PALMS DO NOT PROVIDE THE
 REQUIRED TREE CANOPY.
  
 9. SHOW LINEAR FOOTAGE OF LANDSCAPED AREA ADJACENT TO
 THE BUILDING MEETS THE REQUIREMENT OF 30 PERCENT PER
 SECTION 94-443(E)(1) FOR THE BUILDING.
  
 10. TAGS ARE NOT SHOWN ON LP-1, MAKE SURE THEY ARE
 ADDED.
  
 11. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE PLANT LIST:
 ? QUANTITY FOR SILVER BUTTONWOOD TREES IS NOT
 INDICATED, AND SIZE MUST BE 12 FEET.
 ? CRAPE MYRTLE MUST BE 12 FEET.
  
 12. SHOW THE LOCATIONS OF DRAINAGE LINES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE ANY CONFLICTS WITH TREES AND
 LANDSCAPING. RELOCATE UTILITY LOCATIONS OR EXPAND
 LANDSCAPE AREAS TO ACCOMMODATE REQUIRED LANDSCAPING.
  
 13. SHOW LOCATIONS OF FPL TRANSFORMERS ON THE LANDSCAPE
 PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING. PROVIDE
 SCREENING FOR ALL GROUND MOUNTED VALVES AND EQUIPMENT.
  
 14. ROW OF PARKING SOUTH OF BUILDING SHOULD BE MODIFIED
 TO BE 18 FEET LENGTH INCLUDING CURB AND OVERHANG.
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
