 AUGUST 3, 2021
 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. ONGOING. PROVIDE INFORMATION ON THE INSTALLATION AND
 COMPLETION OF THE APPROVED AND PERMITTED LANDSCAPING
 FOR THE CO OF THE EXISTING BUILDING EXPANSION. THE
 CURRENT BUILDING IS OPERATING UNDER A TCO. IF THE
 LANDSCAPING IS COMPLETED TO PERMIT PLAN, AND
 CERTIFICATION FROM THE LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT CAN BE
 ISSUED, A FINAL INSPECTION SHOULD BE SCHEDULED, AND THE
 LANDSCAPE PERMIT 17071095 CLOSED.
 CONTRACTOR,LANDSCAPE ARCHITECT AND AGENT WERE NOTIFIED
 THAT THE AS BUILT LANDSCAPE PLANS MUST BE SUBMITTED AS
 A REVISION TO THE LANDSCAPE PERMIT AD A FINAL LANDSCAPE
 INSPECTION SHEDULED. ONCE THE LANDSCAPE FINAL IS
 PASSED, THE PERMIT CAN BE CLOSED.
  
 1. PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO TREE
 DISPOSITION CHART SHEET TD-1:
 ? PARTIALLY SATISFIED. PROVIDE AN ARBORIST REPORT ON
 THE CONDITION OF THE LIVE OAK TREES PROPOSED TO BE
 REMOVED.
 THE REPORT MUST BE PROVIDED TO VERIFY CONDITION OF
 TREES IF THEY CANNOT BE RELOCATED.
 SECTION 94-448 (D)(3) NATIVE TREES IN GOOD CONDITION
 MUST BE PRESERVED ON SITE OR RELOCATED.
 THE REPORT SUBMITTED DOES NOT PROVIDE THE CONDITION OF
 EACH TREE AND THE REASON IT CANNOT BE RELOCATED PER THE
 ANSI A 300 PART 6 PLANTING AND TRANSPLANTING ANNEX A
 AND ANNEX B PROVIDE THE ASSESSMENT STANDARDS TO BE
 USED.
  
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENT 8/3/21:
 .2. SHEET SP-2 SHOWS TENNIS FACILITY PHASE 1 WITHOUT
 THE BUILDING. IF JUST SURFACE COURTS ARE TO BE BUILT,
 THE LANDSCAPE BUFFER IS REQUIRED ALONG THE RAILROAD
 TRACK PROPERTY LINE. THE FENCING WOULD ALSO BE SUBJECT
 TO SETBACKS. PROVIDE A LANDSCAPE PLAN FOR PHASE 1.

 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
