 RESUBMITTAL PACKET FOR THE CPD. PLEASE PROVIDE A STATUS
 UPDATE, AS ALL APPLICATIONS SHOULD MOVE FORWARD
 CONCURRENTLY. [NOTE: RECEIVED UPDATE FROM JSCHMDIT ON
 6/18/2021. APPLICANT IS WORKING ON GETTING THE CRITICAL
 COMPONENTS OF THE FLUMA APPLICATION.]
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
  
 1.) IN THE NOTES TABLE: A) PLEASE CONFIRM IF THE LATEST
 SURVEY FOR THE PROJECT APPLICATION (DATED 1/23/2021)
 WAS USED FOR THE BASE INFORMATION FOR THE PROPOSED
 PROJECT. ACCORDING TO THE NOTES, THE SURVEY USED WAS
 DATED 7/16/18. PLEASE CORRECT IF THIS WAS AN ERROR.
 B) THE NOTE FOR OUTDOOR LIGHTING HAS BEEN DUPLICATED IN
 THE TABLE. PLEASE ELIMINATE THE DUPLICATE.
  
 2.) PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING IN THE SITE DATA
 TABULAR FOR ACCURACY: A) STAFF HAS COUNTED THE BICYCLE
 PARKING TO BE 8 (NOT 6). PLEASE ADDRESS FOR
 CONSISTENCY.
  
 3.) PLEASE ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING IN THE PROPERTY
 DEVELOPMENT REQUIREMENTS: A) THE PROPOSED FAR IS 0.74
 (NOT 0.64 AS SPECIFIED IN THE TABLE).
  
 4.) FOR TENNIS FACILITY PHASE I (SHEET SP-2): THE
 PROPOSED 14 FT. HIGH FENCE SHALL MEET THE HEIGHT
 REQUIREMENTS IN ZLDR S.94-302(C). IF THE FENCE HEIGHT
 CANNOT BE MET, THEN A WAIVER SHALL BE REQUESTED AT THIS
 TIME. [NOTE: IF THE FENCE IS LOCATED BEYOND THE
 REQUIRED SETBACKS, THE HEIGHT MAY BE GREATER THAN THE
 MAXIMUM HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS PROVIDED IN ZLDR
 S.94-302(C)].
  
 5.) REPLACE EXISTING 5 FT. HIGH CHAIN LINK FENCE WITH
 ALUMINUM PICKET PROPOSED ELSEWHERE IN THE PROJECT FOR
 CONSISTENCY. CONSISTENCY WITH THE DECORATIVE ALUMINUM
 FENCING WOULD ENHANCE THE VISUAL APPEAL AND PROVIDE A
 GREATER SENSE OF COHESION WITH THE PROJECT.
  
  
 LIGHTING/PHOTOMETRIC PLAN:
  
 1.) THE PHOTOMETRIC PLAN SHALL SHOW ILLUMINATION
 SPILLOVER BEYOND THE PROPERTY LINES OF THE PROJECT.
 PLEASE NOTE THAT PER ZLDR S.94-207(D)(8), ANY SOURCE OF
 ILLUMINATION FOR A CPD SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE FOOTCANDLE
 AT OR BEYOND THE BOUNDARIES OF THE DEVELOPMENT. PLEASE
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE. [4/2/21 REPEAT COMMENT: LIGHT
 SPILLOVER MUST BE SHOWN PAST THE PROPERTY LINE(S) TO
 DEMONSTRATE COMPLIANCE WITH ZLDR S. 94-207(D)(8).]
