 ENGINEERING PLANS SUBMITTED 7/28/2021.
  
 1. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE SPOT GRADES OR FLOW ARROWS
 FOR THE PARKING AREAS NORTH OF BISCAYNE DR.
  
 2. [NOT SATISFIED - PREVIOUS COMMENT: INDICATE IF THE
 SIDEWALK ALONG THE EAST SIDE OF THE PARKING LOT NORTH
 OF BISCAYNE DR WILL BE FLUSH OR ELEVATED WITH THE
 PARKING SPACES.] RESPONSE TO COMMENT WAS THAT THE
 SIDEWALK WOULD BE FLUSH WITH THE PARKING AREA. THESE
 PARKING SPACES ARE 16 FEET DEEP WITH TWO FEET OF
 OVERHANG ON THE SIDEWALK. WHEEL STOPS OR RAISED
 SIDEWALK WILL BE NEEDED TO PREVENT VEHICLES FROM
 PARKING FURTHER OVER THE SIDEWALK.
  
 3. [PARTIALLY SATISFIED] THE EXISTING CATCH BASINS THAT
 WILL BE CONNECTED TO EXFILTRATION TRENCHES SHOULD
 INCLUDE PRBS. PREVIOUS COMMENT: EXISTING CATCH BASINS
 IN THE PARKING LOT NORTH OF BISCAYNE DR SHOULD HAVE
 BAFFLES INSTALLED TO PROTECT THE EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
  
 4. [SATISFIED] CONSIDER USING THE EXISTING CATCH BASIN
 SOUTH OF S-102 INSTEAD OF STRUCTURE S-102 TO CONNECT
 THE NEW EXFILTRATION TRENCHES WITH THE EXISTING
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM. THIS WILL MOVE THE EAST-WEST DRAINAGE
 PIPE OUT OF THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] CONFIRM THE EXISTING DRAINAGE AND
 SANITARY SEWER MAINS ARE CORRECTLY SHOWN AT THE EAST
 END OF BISCAYNE DR (EAST OF THE ALLEY).
  
 6. [SATISFIED] THE CITY MAY HAVE TO OBTAIN AN EASEMENT
 OVER THE EASTERN TWO CATCH BASINS AND DOWNSTREAM STORM
 PIPES AND STRUCTURES IN BISCAYNE DR. RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 7. [NOT SATISFIED] PROVIDE CROSS SECTION FOR DRIVEWAY
 ONTO FLAMINGO DR.
  
 8. [NOT SATISFIED] CURB INLET DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AT
 FLAMINGO DRIVE DRIVEWAY WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED. SHOW
 PIPE CONNECTION(S) TO THE STRUCTURE.
  
 9. [SATISFIED] THIS WILL BE CONFIRMED DURING
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL. PREVIOUS COMMENT: THE
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM IS TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
 10. RAISED CURB OR WHEEL STOPS WILL BE NEEDED AT THE
 END OF THE PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ON THE NORTH SIDE OF
 BISCAYNE DRIVE.
  
 11. PARKING ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF BISCAYNE DRIVE
 SHOULD BE PROHIBITED OPPOSITE THE PARALLEL PARKING
 SPACES TO ALLOW SUFFICIENT BACKUP AREA BEHIND THE
 PARALLEL PARKING SPACES.
  
 12. STRUCTURE S-102: SHOULD WEIR BE PLACED OVER THE
 EAST PIPE OPENING? SHOULD SOUTH INVERT BE INDICATED AS
 EAST INVERT?
  
 13. THE WEST PIPE FOR THE STORM MANHOLE EAST OF THE
 ALLEY IS CALLED OUT AS 18-INCH CLAY PIPE BUT THE
 PIPELINE IS LABELED AS EXIST. 18-INCH RCP.
  
 14. REMOVE THE PRIOR EXISTING IMPROVEMENTS SHOWN WHERE
 THE EXISTING SCHOOL BUILDING IS SHOWN.
  
 15. SHOW ON THE DEMOLITION PLAN THE REMOVAL OF THE
 SIDEWALK ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF BISCAYNE DRIVE WHERE
 THE NEW PARALLEL PARKING SPACES ARE PROPOSED.
  
 16. SUGGEST ADDING CROSSWALK STRIPING AND SIGNAGE ON
 BISCAYNE DRIVE AT THE CURB RAMPS EST OF THE ALLEY.
  
 17. PROVIDE CONVERSION FACTOR BETWEEN NAVD 1988 AND
 NGVD 1929 ON ALL SHEETS WITH ELEVATION INFORMATIKON.
  
 18. SHOW AND LABEL THE UTILITY EASEMENT(S) ON BISCAYNE
 DRIVE.
  
 19. THE EXISTING 12" STORM TO BE CONNECTED TO THE NEW
 DRAINAGE SYSTEM WITH 18" X 12" TEE AT THE WEST END OF
 BISCAYNE DRIVE MAY REQUIRE THE TEE BE ROTATED UP OR
 DOWN. A STRUCTURE MAY BE NEEDED INSTEAD OF THE TEE TO
 MAKE THE CONNECTION.
