2021-02-11 11:32:55THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
 1. PROVIDE AS-BUILT DRAWING FOR THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 SERVING THE PARKING LOT ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF BISCAYNE
 DRIVE. CONFIRM THAT IT CONNECTS TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM
 IN S. DIXIE.
  
 2. DRAINAGE PATTERNS TO BE MAINTAINED ON BISCAYNE DRIVE
 AT THE CONNECTION WITH S. DIXIE HWY. I.E. RUNOFF FROM
 S. DIXIE TO CONTINUE TO FLOW ON TO BISCAYNE DRIVE UNTIL
 OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE STORMWATER RUNOFF IS MADE.
  
 3. THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM IN BISCAYNE DRIVE MAY BE ABLE TO
 BE TURNED OVER TO THE DEVELOPER WHEN THE BISCAYNE R/W
 IS ABANDONED. PLEASE ADVISE WHICH ENTITIES WILL HAVE
 LAND OWNERSHIP OF THE ABANDONED BSICAYNE DRIVE R/W AND
 THE PARCELS ADJACENT TO BISCAYNE DRIVE. STAFF WILL
 CHECK WITH PUBLIC UTILITIES REGARDING PROCESS FOR
 TURNING IT OVER. EASEMENT MAY BE NEEDED OVER THE
 EASTERN MOST CATCH BASINS AND PIPES OUT TO S. DIXIE
 HWY.
  
 4. DRAINAGE SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET SFWMD ERP
 CRITERIA FOR WATER QUALITY AND PEAK FLOW LIMITATIONS.
 CONSIDER INCLUDING LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT IN THE
 DESIGN.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 4. DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WILL BE REVIEWED WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
