 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND WITH 8 FEET LANDSCAPE WIDTH AT THE WEST END OF
 THE NORTH ROW OF PARKING.
 ALLOWED PER 94-443(C)(3) FOR LESS THAN 12 SPACES.
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER FOR THE NORTH, WEST AND PORTIONS OF THE SOUTH
 BUFFER THAT ARE NOT COVERED BY THE PROPOSED BUILDING AT
 ZERO SETBACK. THE ZERO SETBACK IS ONLY POSSIBLE WHERE
 THE ADJACENT BUILDING TO THE SOUTH IS AT ZERO SETBACK.
 SHOW THE LENGTH OF ALL FOUR BUFFER SECTIONS AND SHOW
 THE REQUIRED AND PROVIDED TREES FOR EACH 30 FEET OR
 PORTION THEREOF.
  
 3. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. SHOW THE
 PERCENTAGE OF CATEGORY 1 TREES PROVIDED FOR THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR TERMINAL AND INTERIOR ISLANDS.
 SHADE TREES ARE PROVIDED IN THE BUFFER.
  
 4. SATISFIED. THE PARKING SPACES APPEAR TO BE 18 FEET
 IN LENGTH WITH A WHEEL STOP AT 16 FEET. STAFF SUGGESTS
 REDUCING THE PAVED AREAS FOR PARKING SPACES AND PLACING
 THE CURBS AT 16 FEET TO ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL PERVIOUS
 LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE OVERHANG.
  
 5. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 50 POINTS FORM THE
 FLORIDA FRIENDLY DESIGN OPTIONS LIST.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A DETAIL AND LOCATIONS OF ROOT
 BARRIERS TO SEPARATE LANDSCAPING FROM UTILITY LINES.
