 -PLEASE ENSURE 4 INCH METER SLAB ON NORTH PARCEL IS NOT
 OVER THE BURIED ELECTRIC UTILITY.
  
 -ON NORTH SIDE OF EUCALYPTUS ON WEST EDGE OF GARAGE
 ENTRANCE ON UTILITY PLAN, THERE IS A MARKED AREA WITH
 AN UNMARKED UTILITY. PLEASE LABEL WHAT THOSE ARE.
  
 -ON SOUTH PARCEL, 1 INCH METER BOXES APPEAR TO BE IN
 CONCRETE. DO NOT WANT METER BOXES IN CONCRETE. PLEASE
 EXTEND LANDSCAPE AREA TO INCLUDE METER BOXES, OR
 RELOCATE THOSE BOXES SOUTH SLIGHTLY AS LONG AS NO
 CONFLICT WITH TREE ROOTS.
  
 -FOR FORMAL ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL: LABEL PIPING BETWEEN
 SMALL METERS AND SMALL BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES WITH PIPE
 SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE.
  
 -PIPING BETWEEN SMALL METERS AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES
 RUNNING UNDER CONCRETE OR STRUCTURES SHOULD BE SLEEVED
 WITH 3? SCH. 80 PVC.
  
 -ATTEMPT TO HAVE AT LEAST 3 FEET CLEARANCE DISTANCE
 BETWEEN 4 INCH WATER SERVICE PIPE AND LIGHT POLE WITH
 ELECTRIC BOX ON SOUTH PARCEL.
  
 -CANNOT FIND WATER DEMAND CALCULATIONS ON UTILITY
 PLANS. PLEASE ADD.
  
 -VERIFY THE EXISTING WATER MAIN SIZE ON DIXIE (SOUTH
 PARCEL). WPB GIS SHOWS 12 INCH.
  
 -TAPPING VALVE ICONS NOT SHOWN ON DIXIE FOR LARGER
 WATER SERVICE PIPES.
  
 -PLEASE MAKE WESTERN PROPERTY LINE CLEARER AND LABEL IT
 ON SOUTH PARCEL UTILITY PLANS.
  
 -LOOKS LIKE AN EASEMENT FOR SEWER PIPE GOING SOUTH ONTO
 NEIGHBORING PROPERTY OF SOUTH PARCEL, BUT IT IS NOT
 LABELED ON UTILITY PLAN. PLEASE ADD LABEL IF EASEMENT.
 ALSO LABEL SEWER PIPING IN EASEMENT WITH PIPE SIZE AND
 MATERIAL TYPE.
  
 -LOOKS LIKE MANY POSSIBLE CONFLICTS WITH THE WATER
 SERVICES AND TREES IN THE ROW. PLEASE VERIFY IF ROOTS
 MAY ENCROACH ON WATER UTILITY PIPING AND ADD ROOT
 BARRIERS AS NEEDED.
  
 -ON THE SOUTHERN BUILDING SERVICE DETAIL, PLEASE VERIFY
 THE DARK STRUCTURE IS JUST A ROOF, AND NOT A WALL
 CONFLICT WITH BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY.
  
 -WILL THERE STILL BE CROSS WALKS AT THE INTERSECTIONS
 WITH DIXIE?
  
 -SOME PRIVATE WATER PIPES ARE UNDER SEATWALLS. THOSE
 PIPES WOULD BE PRIVATELY MAINTAINED.
  
 -LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS SEATWALL ON SOUTH PARCEL AT THE
 FAR SOUTH END, BUT NOT ON CIVIL PLAN. WHICH PLAN IS
 ACCURATE? IF SEATWALL IS THERE, PLEASE VERIFY IT CAN BE
 IN EASEMENT, AND CAN BE OVER DRAINAGE PIPE.
  
 -SITE PLAN SHOWS METER BOX NEAR DIXIE AND EUCALYPTUS
 INTERSECTION THAT IS NOT ON CIVIL PLANS. PLEASE VERIFY
 AND UPDATE PLANS.
  
 -LANDSCAPE PLAN SHOWS A TREE OVER SEWER PIPING ON SOUTH
 PARCEL JUST OVER THE SW PROPERTY LINE. IF PROPOSED,
 THAT TREE LOCATION MAY CREATE MAINTENANCE PROBLEMS. IF
 THAT SEWER PIPE IS PRIVATELY OWNED, PLEASE ALSO ADD
 PRIVATE TO LABEL.
  
 -PROPOSED 6 INCH BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY ON NORTH PARCEL
 APPEARS TO BE IN 10 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT FOR ELECTRIC.
 IS THERE ANY WAY TO HAVE IT ADJUSTED SLIGHTLY SO NOT IN
