 CONNECTIONS.
 BACKFLOWS SHALL BE ON PRIVATE PROPERTY ONLY.
 LABEL IRRIGATION BACKFLOWS.
 INCLUDE IRRIGATION AND FIRE IN WATER DEMAND CHART.
 LABEL SIZE OF SANITARY LATERAL TO BE GROUTED IN PLACE.
 IF IN ROW AND LARGER THAN 2 IN., REMOVE.

 -VERIFY THAT ALUMINUM RAIL FENCE ON SOUTH LOT IS
 ALLOWED TO BE INSTALLED IN DRAINAGE, SANITARY SEWER
 LINE, & FPL EASEMENTS.
  
 -THERE ARE PROPOSED TREES IN DRAINAGE EASEMENT NEAR
 POOL. VERIFY THAT IS ACCEPTABLE.
  
 -SHEET C-02 SHOWS A TRIANGULAR AREA/OBJECT ON THE EAST
 SIDE OF THE POOL THAT IS IN THE DRAINAGE EASEMENT. WHAT
 IS IT?
  
 -BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES CANNOT BE LOCATED IN UTILITY
 EASEMENTS.
  
 -IF DIXIE HIGHWAY IS BEING CUT/EXCAVATED, THEN IT WOULD
 NEED PAVEMENT RESTORATION TO OVERSEEING AGENCY?S
 STANDARDS.
  
 -PROPOSED 1 INCH METERS AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLIES NEAR
 WEST SIDE OF PROPERTY DO NOT APPEAR TO HAVE ACCEPTABLE
 LOCATIONS. ONE OF THEM ALSO LOOKS TO HAVE SERVICE LINE
 RUNNING UNDER A STRUCTURE. WILL LIKELY NEED TO BE
 RELOCATED DURING FORMAL ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL.
  
 -IF THE EXISTING WATER SERVICE LINES ARE NOT SUITABLE
 FOR THE METER (SUCH AS SMALLER THAN METER SIZE), THEN
 NEW WATER SERVICES MAY BE NEEDED.
  
 -RELOCATED LIGHT POLES MAY NEED SIDEWALK RESTORATION.
  
 -DID NOT SEE ALL FIRE HYDRANTS LABELED ON CIVIL PLANS.
  
 -WILL THE 1 INCH METER FOR THE SOUTH LOT BE THE WATER
 SOURCE FOR THE 8 STORY BUILDING AND POOL?
  
 -ABOVE-GROUND WATER METER WITH MAINTENANCE BYPASS IS
 NOT SHOWN FOR THE 4 INCH DIP WATER SERVICE.
  
 -COULD NOT FIND A FIRELINE WATER SERVICE AND BACKFLOW
 ASSEMBLY FOR THE SOUTH LOT, BUT THERE IS AN FDC. PLEASE
 UPDATE PLANS OR EXPLAIN WHY THERE IS NO FIRELINE.
  
 -FOR FORMAL ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL, LABEL ALL EXISTING
 WATER SERVICES WITH PIPE SIZE AND MATERIAL TYPE.
  
 -WPB SANITARY COLLECTIONS VERIFIED THAT THERE IS A
 SEWER MAIN RUNNING ACROSS NORTH LOT. THEY ADVISED IT
 CANNOT BE ALTERED WITHOUT APPROVAL FROM WPB UTILITIES
 ENGINEERING.
  
 -THERE ARE TWO DRAIN BASINS AT THE SOUTH SIDE OF
 PROPERTY THAT ARE NOT LABELED WITH ELEVATION
 INFORMATION.
  
 -WILL EUCALYPTUS HAVE TO BE EXCAVATED TO TIE INTO
 EXISTING 4 INCH AND 6 INCH DIP WATER SERVICES?
  
 -FOR FORMAL ENGINEERING SUBMITTAL: 1) SUBMIT SEPARATE
 SHEET WITH ALL WATER SERVICE STANDARD DETAILS THAT WILL
 BE USED 2) ADD WATER DEMAND CALCULATIONS TO WATER PLAN.
 3) ADD PROPERTY ADDRESSES TO CIVIL PLANS.
  
 -IF 20 FOOT UTILITY EASEMENT IS NOT ELIMINATED, THEN
 STRUCTURES COULD NOT BE BUILT IN/OVER IT.
