 ORIGINAL PHASE 1/AS-BUILTS. PLEASE REVISE TO SHOW ONLY
 EXISTING CONDITIONS AND PROPOSED CONNECTIONS.
 2. DIXIE HWY. IMPROVEMENTS/PARKING WILL REQUIRE FDOT
 APPROVAL.
 3. IT APPEARS THAT PARCEL 2 BUILDING, POOL AND TREES
 ENCROACH INTO EXISTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT. SHOW ALL
 EXISTING EASEMENTS ON ALL PLANS.
 4. CIVIL PLANS DO NOT MATCH SITE PLAN.
 5. EXISTING UTILITIES IN ABANDONED ALLEY WILL NEED TO
 BE RELOCATED OR REMOVED. UTILITY EASEMENT(S) WILL NEED
 TO BE TERMINATED.
 6. AERIAL CROSSING WILL REQUIRE SEPARATE APPROVAL.
 7. MMOA FOR DIXIE HWY. AND DEVELOPER'S AGREEMENT WILL
 BE REQUIRED.
 8. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS MAY BE FORTHCOMING UPON RECEIPT
