 POSSIBLY BY THE MID AISLE ON DOCK ST

 DEVELOPMENT WILL INTENSIFY VEHICULAR TRAFFIC ALONG THAT
 TRACT OF THE STREET. THUS, INCREASING THE RISK OF CARS
