2021-12-21 12:43:041. TREES ALONG LAKEVIEW AVE AND OKEECHOBEE AVE SHALL BE
 MOVED OUTSIDE THE PARKING GARAGE LINE OF SIGHT. A
 MINIMUM OF 12 FEET MULTIPURPOSE PATH SHALL BE
 MAINTAINED. SOME ADJUSTMENT WILL BE NEEDED ON THE
 PROPOSED LANDSCAPE DESIGN ADJACENT TO THE OFFICE TOWER
 TO ACCOMMODATE THE LINE OF TREES.
 2. SIDEWALK LEVEL SHALL BE MAINTAINED ACROSS ALL THE
 DRIVEWAYS. PLEASE AJUST THE CIVIL DESIGN TO ENSURE THE
 GRADE ELEVATION IS MAINTAINED.
 3. PARKING GATE IS LOCATED AT THE 2ND LEVEL. WHAT IS
 THE PROPOSAL FOR RETAIL AND VALET PARKING? STAFF
 RECOMMENDS THE GATE TO BE INSTALLED AT THE 3RD LEVEL TO
 ALLOW PARKING FOR CUSTOMERS OR EXPLAIN INTENDED
 OPERATION.
 4. HOW IS THE 2ND LEVEL OFFICE ALONG THE PASEO ACCESSED
 FROM THE ELEVATOR? PLEASE VERIFY COMPLIANCE WITH
 EMERGENCY EXIT REQUIREMENTS.
 5. VALET OPERATION DOES NOT PROVIDE A BY-PASS LANE
 CREATING A POSSIBLE BACK UP FOR CARS. SOME REDESIGN MAY
 BE NEEDED.
 6. ALL TANDEM PARKING SPACES SHALL BE MANAGED BY THE
 VALET OPERATION. PLEASE LABEL ACCORDINGLY.
 7. PLEASE LABEL THE LOCATION OF ALL CAR SHARE AND RIDE
 SHARE SPACES REQUIRED BY THE TDM STRATEGIES.
 8. PLEASE CONFIRM COMPLIANCE WITH OPEN SPACE
 REQUIREMENTS FOR VEGETATION AND TREE CANOPY. THE
 CALCULATION CAN BE DONE OVER A MINIMUM AREA TO COMPLY
 WITH THE PERCENTAGE AND NOT THE LARGER OPEN SPACE
 PROVIDED. (SEE LANDSCAPE COMMENTS)
 9. BUILDING FOOTPRINT PRIVIDED ON SHEET A004 DOES NOT
 MATCH THE WAIVER REQUEST, PLEASE CONFIRM WHAT IS THE
 CORRECT NUMBER.
 10. PLEASE PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT TO CALCULATE THE PROVIDED
 ACTIVE USES AT GROUND FLOOR AND ABOVE TO CONFIRM WAIVER
 REQUEST.
