 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. MAKE THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS TO THE TREE
 DISPOSITION PLAN AND THE TREE INVENTORY LIST:
 ? EXPLAIN WHERE THE RELOCATED ROYAL PALMS WILL BE
 PLANTED
 ? #12 FICUS WOULD BE 300 SQ FT MITIGATION
 ? #13 WASHINGTONIA PALM IS CATEGORY 4, SO 50 SQ FT

 ? CORRECT SPELLING FOR MITIGATION REQ (SF) COLUMN
  
 2. LIST THE TREE SPECIES AND SQUARE FOOTAGE CREDIT FOR
 THE OPEN SPACE SQUARE FOOTAGE CALCULATIONS FOR EACH
 OPEN SPACE. PERCENTAGES DO NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR THE ENTIRE PRIVATE OPEN SPACE SO AN AREA MEETING
 THE REQUIREMENTS NEEDS TO BE DESIGNATED.
  
 3. PER SECTION 94-113, CALCULATIONS FOR NUMBER OF
 REQUIRED STREET TREES NEED TO BE CORRECTED. LIST TOTAL
 LENGTH OF EACH PROPERTY LINE SEGMENT, DIVIDE BY 30,
 THEN INDICATE THE NUMBER OF TREES REQUIRED, ROUNDING UP
 FOR ANY PORTION LEFT. ACCESSWAYS ARE NOT DEDUCTED.
  
 4. THE WEST STREETSCAPE DOES NOT MEET THE REQUIREMENTS
 FOR PLACEMENT OR NUMBER OF THE REQUIRED STREET TREES
 ALONG THE CURB. THE MEDIAN PLACEMENT OF TREES DO NOT
 MEET THE INTENT OF PROVIDING TREE CANOPY OVER THE
 PEDESTRIAN AREAS OF THE STREETSCAPE.
  
  
 5. FLORIDA FRIENDLY DESIGN OPTIONS POINTS CANNOT BE
 COUNTED FOR 51% OR MORE NATIVE GROUNDCOVER, AS THEY ARE
 ALL NON-NATIVE. POINTS CANNOT BE COUNTED FOR 51% OR
 MORE NATIVE SHRUBS, AS THEY ARE ALL NON-NATIVE.
  
 6. CORRECT IN THE PLANT LIST: NATCHEZ CRAPE MYRTLE IS
 NOT FLORIDA NATIVE. AGAVE AMERICANA IS NOT FLORIDA
 NATIVE.
  
 7. SHOW LOCATIONS OF UTILITY LINES ON LANDSCAPE PLAN,
 ALSO LOCATIONS OF VALVES AND BACKFLOW PREVENTERS AND
 FPL TRANSFORMERS. SCREENING MUST BE PROVIDED. THERE ARE
 CONFLICTS BETWEEN UTILITIES AND LANDSCAPING THAT WILL
 HAVE TO BE RESOLVED.
  
 8. PER SECTION 94-113, ADJUST LOCATIONS OF REQUIRED
 STRUCTURAL SOIL TO ONLY SHOW UNDER HARDSCAPE ADJACENT
 TO STREET TREES. AREA FOR STRUCTURAL SOIL AND PLANTING
 AREA SHOULD BE APPROXIMATELY 14 FEET IN LENGTH AND 9
 FEET IN WIDTH RELATIVE TO THE BACK OF CURB. STRUCTURAL
 SOIL DETAIL IS TO SHOW THE CONSTRUCTION CROSS SECTION
 FOR DEPTH OF 36 INCHES, AND PLANTING SOIL IN THE
 PLANTING AREA. DO NOT INCLUDE TREE GRATES UNLESS NEEDED
 FOR ADA TRAVEL WIDTH. CORRECT THE DETAIL TO REFLECT
 THIS.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
 2. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PERMITTING AND INSTALLATION OF THE
 STREET TREES AND RIGHT OF WAY LANDSCAPING AND
 IRRIGATION APPROVED WITH THIS PETITION.
 3. THE APPLICANT, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS SHALL BE
 RESPONSIBLE FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE ROAD RIGHT OF
 WAY LANDSCAPING AND IRRIGATION. THIS WILL BE THROUGH A
 SEPARATE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT WITH THE CITY.
