 OTHER ARTWORKS OR BALANCE AS A DEPOSIT TO THE CITY MUST
 BE COMPLETED.

 SUBMITTING FOR BUILDING PERMIT.

 NON-ACTION ITEM ON MAY 5, 2021.
 DEVELOPER MUST STILL PROVIDE BUDGET BREAKDOWN OF THE 1%
 INCLUDING VALUE OF PROPOSED CONCEPT, MATERIALS,
 MAINTENANCE PLAN ADDRESSING FLORIDA?S CLIMATE AND
 STREET NAMES (INTERSECTIONS) OF THE VARIOUS VANTAGE
 POINTS.

 RE-APPLICATION MAKING THIS A HIGH MAINTENANCE PROJECT
 DOES NOT COMPLY WITH VISUAL ACCESSIBILITY AS THE ARTIST
 HAS STATED THAT THERE ARE SPECIFIC VANTAGE POINTS TO
 ?SEE? THE ARTWORK
 HAVING ONLY TWO VANTAGE POINTS TO VIEW THAT WORK POSES
 A SAFETY HAZARD INCLUDING ADA COMPLIANCE
 THE VALUE OF THE WORK IS UNDER THE 1%
 THE WORK IS NOT APPROPRIATE FOR THE SITE IN DESIGN,
 SCALE AND MATERIALS.
 DISTINCT ARTWORK SECTION 78-129 (B)(D): ARTWORK FOR
 COMPLIANCE WITH THE PUBLIC ART ASSESSMENT WILL NOT BE
 CONSIDERED AS COMPLIANT WITH ANY REQUIREMENTS OF THE
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. ANY
 REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PARKING GARAGE MAY NOT BE
 CONSIDERED AS PART OF THE PUBLIC ART REQUIREMENT.
 I RECOMMENDED IN MY 10.27.2020 EMAIL TO JON SCHMIDT
 THAT THE PASEO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE LOCATION OF
