 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED TERMINAL LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND WITH 8 FEET LANDSCAPE WIDTH AT THE EAST END OF
 THE NORTH ROW OF PARKING. THE PERIMETER LANDSCAPE
 ISLAND SHOULD ALSO BE EXPANDED
  
 2. SATISFIED. PROVIDE THE REQUIRED 12 TREES FOR THE
 EAST BUFFER.
  
 3. SATISFIED. SECTION 94-443(C)(3) REQUIRES THAT A
 MINIMUM OF 75 PERCENT OF ALL TREES THAT ARE REQUIRED TO
 BE PLANTED WITHIN THE INTERIOR OF AN OFF STREET PARKING
 AREA SHALL BE CATEGORY 1 SHADE TREES. SHOW THE
 PERCENTAGE OF CATEGORY 1 TREES PROVIDED FOR THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE AREAS AS REQUIRED BY SECTION
 94-443(C)(3) FOR TERMINAL AND INTERIOR ISLANDS.
 4. SATISFIED. THE PARKING SPACES ALONG OKEECHOBEE ROAD
 APPEAR TO BE 18 FEET IN LENGTH WITH NO WHEEL STOP AT 16
 FEET. STAFF SUGGESTS REDUCING THE PAVED AREAS FOR
 PARKING SPACES AND PLACING THE CURBS AT 16 FEET TO
 ALLOW FOR ADDITIONAL PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA AT THE
 OVERHANG.
  
 5. SATISFIED. CHANGE THE FOUNDATION PLANTING
 REQUIREMENT TO 20% FOR INDUSTRIAL AND PROVIDE THE TOTAL
 FOR THE ENTIRE BUILDING.
  
 6. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A DETAIL AND LOCATIONS OF ROOT
 BARRIERS TO SEPARATE LANDSCAPING FROM UTILITY LINES.
  
 7. SATISFIED. PROVIDE LOCATIONS AND SCREENING FOR THE
 WATER BACKFLOW AND VALVES.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 3/29/21:
 8. THE DUMPSTER ENCLOSURE REQUIRES A HEDGE ON THE THREE
 NON-ACCESS SIDES PER 94-315 AND THE TYPICAL.
  
 9. THE SITE IS CURRENTLY CONFORMING WITH THE 15%
 LANDSCAPE AREA REQUIREMENT. WHEN THE LOT WAS
 SUBDIVIDED, A PAVING PERMIT (17120728) WAS REQUIRED TO
 BE SUBMITTED DEMONSTRATING THAT THE 15% LANDSCAPE AREA
 WAS MET, AND A NONCONFORMITY WAS NOT BEING CREATED. THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA WAS CREATED AS NEEDED ON SITE AND PASSED
 FINAL INSPECTION ON 5/11/2020.
  
 THIS WAS BROUGHT UP AT THE PPRC MEETING. THE 15% MUST
 BE MET WITH THE PROPOSED PLAN. SUGGESTION IS TO REMOVE
 ALL THE PAVED AREA FROM THE EASTERN DRIVEWAY BEING
 REMOVED AND CONVERT TO PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA.
