 1. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH CITY ENGINEERING ON THE
 DESIGN OF TAMARIND AVENUE AS THE CONSTRUCTION OF
 FLAGLER STATION AND THE LINEAR PARK PROGRESSES
 2. PLEASE COORDINATE WITH CITY ENGINEERING AND CGA
 SOLUTIONS REGARDING THE PROPOSED FPL TRANSFORMER THAT
 HAS BEEN PROPOSED ALONG THIS PORTION OF TAMARIND AS
 PART OF THE UNDERGROUNDING PROCESS. THIS WILL NEED TO
 BE EVALUATED FOR IMPACTS TO THE LINEAR PARK DESIGN
 3. STAFF RECOMMENDS HAVING A DISCUSSION WITH CRA,
 ZONING STAFF AND THE CITY LANDSCAPE PLANNER TO DISCUSS
 THE FOLLOWING DESIGN ITEMS:
 A. TYPES OF LIGHT POLES OR LIGHTING THROUGHOUT THE
 PARK. THIS WILL NEED TO BE LIT FOR SECURITY PURPOSES TO
 MEET CPTED REQUIREMENTS
 B. LINEAR BENCH DESIGN AND LOCATION
 C. EVALUATE IF TREES WOULD BE BETTER AROUND EDGES OF
 LINEAR PARK RATHER THAN WITHIN THE TRACKS AND KEEP
 TRACKS MORE OPEN WITH LOWER LANDSCAPE MATERIAL WITHIN
 TRACKS
 D. REDUCING THE AMOUNT OF HARDSCAPE MATERIAL
 SURROUNDING THE PROPOSED GHOST TRAIN AND EAST SIDE OF
 LINEAR PARK AND FOCUSING MORE LANDSCAPE INTO THE DESIGN
 E. THE PRESERVATION OR REMOVAL OF THE EXISTING
 LANDSCAPE BEHIND THE LAW OFFICE AT THE PROJECT?S
 NORTHWEST CORNER (922 2ND STREET)
 F. ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF STORMWATER DRAINAGE OTHER
 THAN TRENCH DRAIN ALONG THE ENTIRE NORTH FA?ADE
 G. IS THERE ANY CONCEPT FOR A FENCE ALONG THE NORTH
 PART OF THE LINEAR PARK OR WILL THIS BE ACCESSIBLE
 THROUGH THE BACK OF ALL PROPERTIES?
 H. PLEASE SUBMIT APPROVAL FROM WPB CRA FOR ANY
 RESUBMITTAL REFERENCING PLAN DATES
 4. THE PROPOSED GHOST TRAIN MAY BE IN CONFLICT WITH AN
 EXISTING FORCE MAIN. PLEASE INCLUDE PROPOSED DIMENSIONS
 OF STRUCTURE IF KNOWN OR ESTIMATED DIMENSIONS. CAN THIS
 BE SHIFTED FURTHER WEST TO AVOID CONFLICTS?
 5. PLEASE DETERMINE WHICH RAIL TIES WILL BE PRESERVED
 AND INDICATE ON PLANS
 6. PLEASE INDICATE LOCATION OF PRESERVED RAIL TRANSFER
 PIECE (FOUND ON SITE SEPARATE FROM TRACKS)
 LANDSCAPE:
 7. PLEASE INCLUDE A LARGER TREE TYPE WITHIN THE PLANTER
 BED AT THE LINEAR PARK?S EASTERN EDGE
 8. PLEASE RETAIN LANDSCAPE SCREENING AROUND FLAGLER
 STATION?S UTILITIES AS PROPOSED WITH THE PARENT SITE
 (TO BEST EXTENT POSSIBLE). IS A BENCH PROPOSED IN FRONT
 OF THIS AREA? PLEASE CLARIFY, THIS WOULD NOT BE A GOOD
 LOCATION FOR A BENCH DUE TO THE UTILITIES
 9. PLEASE DISTINGUISH BETWEEN PROPOSED BENCHES FROM
 EDGE OF PAVERS THROUGH LABELING OR OTHER MEANS
 10. PLEASE CONFIRM WITH RAY CARANCI IF SABAL PALMS
 NUMBER 53, 54, 62, 67 AND 68 SHOULD BE PRESERVED ON
