 -DEMO PLAN WITH CIVILS SHOWS FPL EASEMENT AND SAYS IT
 WILL BE ABANDONED AND NEW EASEMENT PROVIDED BUT SURVEY
 SHOWS NOT EASEMENT. HAS EASEMENT ALREADY BEEN ABANDONED
 AND WHERE WILL THE NEW EASEMENT BE?
  
 -THERE WERE SEVERAL UTILITY POLES THAT HAD CALLOUT
 NOTES SAYING THEY WERE BEING RELOCATED. DO THE PLANS
 SHOW THEIR UPDATED LOCATIONS WITH ALL ACCOUNTED FOR?
  
 -FUTURE DUMPSTER AREA COULD PRESENT CONFLICT WITH
 EXISTING SEWER UTILITY.
  
 -PRIOR ASKED FOR AREA NEAR EXISTING TAMARIND METER BOX
 SO IT COULD POSSIBLY BE RELOCATED OUT OF SIDEWALK IN
 THE FUTURE. PLEASE CALLOUT DIMENSION BETWEEN EXISTING
 SIDEWALK AND PROPOSED WALL/FENCE ON PLANS. 2 FEET WOULD
 BE SUFFICIENT.
  
 -DID NOT SEE UPDATED LANDSCAPE PLAN SUBMITTED.
 RECOMMEND APPLICANT CHECK TO MAKE SURE ANY CHANGES IN
 THIS SUBMITTAL DID NOT CREATE CONFLICT WITH LANDSCAPING
 PLAN.
  
 -IS 5 FOOT SLIDING GATE STILL GOING TO BE NEAR NORTH
 PROPERTY LINE? IF SO PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION
 AND LABEL IT ON CIVIL PLANS. ALSO WILL IT BE ABLE TO
 COMPLETELY ENCLOSE THE DRIVEWAY AND PARKING LOT? IF SO,
 HOW DO VEHICLES GET OUT OF THE ALLEY IF THEY PULL IN
 WHEN THE GATE IS CLOSED?
