2020-12-10 10:21:28THIS IS A CONCEPTUAL LEVEL REVIEW. CONSTRUCTION LEVEL
 DETAILS, DESIGN CALCULATIONS AND THE POLLUTION
 PREVENTION PLAN WILL BE REVIEWED AS PART OF THE
 ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL AND BUILDING PERMIT
 APPLICATION PROCESSES.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO SITE
 PLAN APPROVAL:
  
  
 1. THE CITY'S OFFICIAL VERTICAL DATUM IS NGVD1929. THE
 SURVEY USES NAVD1988. THE CITY HAS ALLOWED NAVD1988
 PROVIDED THE CONVERSION BETWEEN NAVD1988 AND NGVD1929
 IS LISTED. PROVIDE THE VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION
 EQUATION ON EVERY SHEET WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION
 (C4.2, C4.3),
  
 2. MOVE THE DRAINAGE STRUCTURE AND STORM PIPE OUT OF
 THE ALLEY RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 3. PROVIDE TYPICAL CROSS SECTION OF THE ALLEY.
  
 4. PROVIDE CROSS SECTIONS FROM EAST AND SOUTH FACES OF
 THE BUILDING TO THE ROADWAY EDGE OF PAVEMENT SHOWING
 PROPOSED GRADING, PERIMETER BERM AND/OR SWALE,
 SIDEWALK, PROPERTY LINE AND CURB AND GUTTER.
  
 5. EXTEND SECTION B-B TO THE WEST FACE OF THE BUILDING,
 PROVIDING DIMENSIONS AND TYPICAL SURFACE SLOPES.
  
 6. PROVIDE CROSS SECTION FROM NORTH FACE OF BUILDING TO
 NORTH PROPERTY LINE ACROSS THE FUTURE EXPANSION AREA.
  
 7. CURB RAMP WILL BE NEEDED ON BOTH SIDES OF THE ALLEY
 AT N. TAMARIND AVE. SIDEWALKS.
  
 8. MATCH EXISTING WEST INVERT ELEVATION AT DRAINAGE
 STRUCTURE EX CB 570 AT NW CORNER OF N. TAMARIND AVE AND
 7TH ST.
  
 9. RCP STROM PIPE TO BE USED WITHIN RIGHT OF WAY OR
 UNDER ANY SIDEWALKS THAT THE CITY WILL BE MAINTAINING.
  
 10. CONSIDER REDUCING PARKING SPACE LENGTHS AND
 PROVIDING PERVIOUS OVERHANG AT THE ENDS OF THE PULL-IN
 PARKING SPACES.
  
 11. SUGGEST SPECIFYING STABILIZED SUB-GRADE FOR THE
 ONSITE ASPHALT.
  
 12. MODIFY SECTION C-C TO PROVIDE ADA COMPLIANT PATH
 ACROSS THE DRIVE.
  
 13. SHOW DROP CURB ACROSS DRIVE IN SECTION C-C.
  
 14. REMOVE BLEEDER FROM THE WEIR. THE CITY DOES NOT
 ALLOW THE USE OF BLEEDERS ON CONTROL STRUCTURES USED
 WITH EXFILTRATION TRENCHES.
  
 15. THE SIDE VIEW OF THE STRUCTURE DETAILS (S-101) IS
 SHOWING THE INFLOW PIPE IN THE WRONG LOCATION.
  
 16. PROVIDE PRB'S ON EACH SIDE OF THE EXFILTRATION
 TRENCH TO EXTEND THE LIFE OF THE EXFILTRATION TRENCH.
 CONSIDER INCORPORATING LOW IMPACT DEVELOPMENT DRAINAGE
 FEATURES INTO THE PROJECT.
  
 17. PROVIDE A PRB FOR THE OUTFALL PIPE TO KEEP
 FLOATABLES ONSITE AND OUT OF THE CITY'S MS4.
  
 18. GRADING OF 7TH ST WILL NEED TO BE DESIGNED TO
 PREVENT STANDING WATER WITHIN THE RIGHT OF WAY.
  
 19. SHOW THE LIMITS OF MILLING AND RESURFACING FOR THE
 TRENCH CUTS ON N. TAMARIND AVE.
  
 20. INCLUDE R/W STRIPING ON THE SIGNING, STRIPING AND
 GEOMETRIC PLAN.
  
 21. SHOW THE UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 22. NO SURVEY WAS PROVIDED.
  
 23. WHAT ARE CRA'S PLANS FOR UNDERGROUNDING THE
 OVERHEAD UTILITIES?
  
 24. THREE OF THE FOUR PROPOSED EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS
 MISLABELED ON SHEET A-3.
  
 25. PROVIDE A PLAN SHOWING THE RESTORATION OF THE
 PROPERTY AT 464 FERN STREET WHEN THE STRUCTURE IS
 REMOVED.
  
 THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS MUST BE ADDRESSED PRIOR TO
 ISSUANCE OF CONSTRUCTION AUTHORIZATION INCLUDING
 BUILDING PERMITS AND ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL.
  
 1. AN ENGINEERING DEVELOPMENT APPROVAL APPLICATION MAY
 BE REQUIRED FROM THE ENGINEERING SERVICES DEPARTMENT.
  
 2. EROSION CONTROL PLAN AND DETAILS TO BE SUBMITTED
 WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 3. A SFWMD ERP MAY BE REQUIRED. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE
 PERMIT PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION.
  
 4. PROVIDE A COPY OF THE DRAINAGE CALCULATIONS WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
