  THE JUSTIFICATION LETTER STATES IN THE FLOOR AREA
 RATIO TABLE THAT THE MAXIMUM HEIGHT FOR LOT 8 IS 2
 STORIES, ORDINANCE # 4146-08 INDICATES THE MAXIMUM
 HEIGHT IS 3 STORIES.
  
  THE JUSTIFICATION LETTER STATES IN THE FLOOR AREA
 RATIO TABLE THAT THE PROPOSED TOTAL FAR FOR LOTS 6, 7
 AND 8 IS .22. IN THE STANDARD FOR CODE COMPLIANCE UNDER
 A, INDICATES THAT THE PROPOSED FAR AS .28. PROJECT FACT
 SHEET, SITE PLAN, ETC. ALL SAY 0.28 AS WELL.

  PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION ON THE DETAILS OF THE PHASED
 BUILDING CONSTRUCTION. WILL THE PARKING BE PHASED AS
 WELL? WHAT IS THE TIMELINE? IF THE PARKING LOT IS
 PROPOSED TO BE PHASED, THE PLAN DOES NOT WORK AS THE
 PHASE LINES GO DOWN THE MIDDLE OF THE DRIVE AISLES AND
 PARKING SPACES AND CREATES DEAD-END PARKING ROWS THAT
 WOULD NECESSITATE A TURN-AROUND.
  
  CONSIDER: CONSTRUCTING THE ENTIRE PARKING LOT AND
 LEAVE PADS FOR THE BUILDINGS TO BE CONSTRUCTED. THIS
 WILL HELP WITH THE FUNCTIONALITY AND FLOW OF TRAFFIC
 THROUGH THE PARKING LOT DURING CONSTRUCTION.
  
  PROVIDE THE FRONT SETBACK FOR BUILDING 2.
  
  PROVIDE THE SETBACK FOR BUILDING 2 ALONG DRAINAGE AND
 UTILITY EASEMENT. (ORD # 4003-06)
  
  PROVIDE THE DIMENSIONS OF ALL DRIVE AISLES IN PARKING
 LOT.
  
  PROVIDE BICYCLE PARKING WITH CITY APPROVED BICYCLE
 RACK AND ADD TO INFORMATION TABLE WITH PARKING
 INFORMATION. (ONE (1) BICYCLE SPACE FOR EVERY 20
 AUTOMOBILE SPACE OR A FRACTION OF.) PLEASE SEE THE CITY
 DETAIL ON BICYCLE RACKS.
  
  SIGNAGE REQUIRES A SEPARATE PERMIT.
  
  EXTEND THE SCREEN WALL AROUND ALONG THE SOUTHEAST
 PROPERTY LINE (ADJACENT TO THE PARKING LOT). A GATE
 WOULD BE NEEDED FOR THE MAINTENANCE ACCESS.
  
  THE COMPACT PARKING DETAIL DOES NOT MEET THE CITY'S
 ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS. IT SHOWS
 SINGLE-STRIPING.
  
  PROVIDE AN ENLARGED TYPICAL DETAIL OF DOUBLE-STRIPING
 OF THE PARKING STALL TO ENSURE CORRECT DIMENSIONS.
  
  PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC PLANS.
  
  PROVIDE APPROVAL BY THE CONGRESS CROSSINGS
 ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD.
  
  CONSIDER: IN THOSE LOCATIONS WHERE PARKING IS ADJACENT
 TO A LANDSCAPED AREA, SHORTEN THE SPACE TO 16 FEET,
 ELIMINATE THE WHEEL STOP, AND ALLOW THE 2-FOOT OVERHANG
 TO OCCUR OVER THE ADJACENT LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
  THE AMOUNT OF OPEN SPACE LISTED IS INCORRECT.
  
  PROVIDE A DETAIL OF SCREEN WALL.
  
  PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION OF RETAINING WALL AREA
 ADJACENT TO RETENTION TRACT.
  
  THE CENTRAL PARKING AREA TO THE WEST OF BUILDING #1
 COULD PROBABLY BE REDESIGNED TO ELIMINATE THE DRIVE
 AISLE THAT RUNS THROUGH THE MIDDLE. IT APPEARS TO BE A
 LOT OF CONFLICT WITH CROSSING. IF IT IS TO REMAIN, STOP
 BARS ARE PROBABLY NEEDED (SEE ASSOCIATED IMAGE)
