 1.1. WHAT ARE THE DASHED LINES WITH WHAT APPEARS TO BE
 FOUR (4) POSTS IN THE NEW COURTYARD? IS THIS A TRELLIS
 (AS INDICATED ON THE HARDSCAPE AND LANDSCAPE PLAN)?
 DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED.
  
 1.2. FENCING NEEDS TO BE LABELED.
  
 1.3. DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE PROPOSED
 FENCING.
  
 1.4. DETAILS NEED TO BE PROVIDED FOR THE PROPOSED SIGN.
  
 1.5. VISIBILITY TRIANGLE NEEDS TO BE SHOWN AND ENSURE
 THAT THERE ARE NO IMPROVEMENTS WITHIN THE VISIBILITY
 TRIANGLE THAT ARE BETWEEN 18? AND 8? IN HEIGHT.
  
 2. PURSUANT TO SEC. 94-408.F.2.E. OF THE CITY?S ZONING
 AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS, FREESTANDING SIGNS
 SHALL BE A MINIMUM OF FIVE (5) FEET FROM THE
 RIGHT-OF-WAY.

 PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING WHEN RESUBMITTING:
  
 A) WRITTEN RESPONSES TO COMMENTS MADE BY ALL
 DEPARTMENTS SHALL BE PROVIDED UPON RESUBMISSION.
  
 B) PDFS OF ALL REVISED PLANS AND/OR DOCUMENTS SHALL BE
 PROVIDED.
  
 C) PLEASE NOTE THAT RE-SUBMITTALS MAY BE SUBJECT TO
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 D) IF NO RESPONSE IS RECEIVED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF THE
 ISSUANCE OF THESE COMMENTS, THE APPLICATION WILL BE
 CONSIDERED WITHDRAWN AND ANY FURTHER ACTION WILL
 REQUIRE SUBMISSION OF A NEW DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION.
  
 E) PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ACCESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
