| | NOTE: THE PHYSICAL NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES SHOWN MEET |

| | AREA. THIS MOVES THE SETBACK AS SHOWN TO THE 44 FEET 9 |
| | INCH DIMENSION LINE, WHICH ENCROACHES INTO THE |
| | PERMITTED SETBACK AND IS NOT ALLOWED. |
