 EXISTING AND PROPOSED WATER SERVICES.
 RESPONSE: EXISTING UTILITIES ARE DEPICTED ON DRAWING
 E-GMY02 (SHEET 2 OF 2) FENCE FILL AND GRADE
 PLAN. NO WATER OR SEWER WORK IS PROPOSED AS PART OF THE
 PROPOSED SUBSTATION EXPANSION EXCEPT FOR
 RAISING ONSITE EXISTING SANITARY CLEANOUTS TO MATCH THE
 PROPOSED GRADE OF THE ACCESS DRIVE. THUS, A
 SEPARATE WATER AND SEWER PLAN IS NOT PROVIDED.
  
 -FOLLOWUP COMMENT TO RESPONSE: CANNOT CLEARLY SEE WATER
 METER BOX AND BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY ON E-GMY02 (SHEET 2).
 PLEASE DRAW AND LABEL THEM ON PLAN SO THEY ARE CLEARLY
 VISIBLE AND IN THE CORRECT LOCATION.
  
 EXISTING WATER METER HAS HISTORICALLY REMAINED OUTSIDE
 OF FENCE AND NEEDS TO CONTINUE
 REMAINING OUTSIDE OF ANY FENCES AND ACCESSIBLE FROM THE
 STREET. CAN RELOCATED FENCE AROUND IT
 OR RELOCATE WATER SERVICE/METER.
 RESPONSE: PER EMAIL CORRESPONDENCE WITH MR. MARK HURLEY
 ON SEPTEMBER 22, 2020, THE EXISTING
 METER IS RADIO READ EACH MONTH WITH THE READING
 LOCATION ACCESSIBLE FROM OUTSIDE OF THE EXISTING
 PERIMETER CHAIN LINK FENCE.
  
 -FOLLOWUP COMMENT TO RESPONSE: FIELD INSPECTION
 VERIFIED THAT CHAIN LINK FENCE IS CURRENTLY RUNNING
 OVER METER BOX SUCH THAT THE BOX, LID, AND METER CANNOT
 BE PROPERLY MAINTAINED. AS PART OF THIS PROJECT,
 REQUESTING THAT EXISTING CHAIN LINK FENCE BE ALTERED
 AROUND METER BOX SO THAT IT IS ACCESSIBLE FOR
 MAINTENANCE. IF THE ENTIRE FENCE IS BEING REPLACED, THE
 NEW FENCE NEEDS TO NOT RUN OVER METER BOX AND ALLOW
 COMPLETE ACCESS FROM EXTERIOR.
  
 VERIFY IF THE EXISTING WATER SERVICE AND METER IS FOR
 4301 UP THE GROVE LANE OR 5959 N
 MILITARY TRAIL. DOES 4301 NEED CITY WATER AND CURRENTLY
 USE ANY.
 RESPONSE: THE EXISTING WATER SERVICE AND METER ARE FOR
 4301 (THE GRAMERCY SUBSTATION) WHICH HAS
 A SINGLE RESTROOM WITH A TOILET AND SINK. THE GRAMERCY
 SUBSTATION IS AND UNMANNED RESTRICTED
 ACCESS FACILITY WITH FPL TWO-MAN MAINTENANCE CREWS
 AVERAGE TWO TRIPS PER MONTH TO THIS FACILITY,
 SO THE WATER USE IN MINIMAL.
  
 -FOLLOWUP COMMENT TO RESPONSE: THE EXISTING WATER METER
 IS 1.5INCH AND ADDRESSED AS 5950 N MILITARY TRL IN OUR
 UTILITY BILLING SYSTEM. THE LAST MONTH BILLING CYCLE
 REGISTERED ALMOST 3000 GALLONS OF WATER USED VS. THE
 ESTIMATE OF 200 GALLONS PER MONTH ADVISED IN OTHER
 RESPONSES. PLEASE CHECK THIS AGAIN AND FIELD VERIFY
 THAT THIS WATER SERVICE IS NOT FEEDING 5950 N MILITARY
 TRL PROPERTY. THIS COULD POTENTIALLY BE DONE BY
 SHUTTING OFF THE BACKFLOW ASSEMBLY OR METER AND SEEING
 WHICH BUILDINGS HAVE WATER.
  
 UTILITY EASEMENT MUST BE GRANTED FOR WATER SERVICE AND
 METER BOX ON PROPERTY IF NONE EXIST.

 SEPARATE FROM UTILITY ACCESS ISSUES. FIELD INSPECTION
 FOUND THAT THE CHAIN FENCE RUNS OVER THE METER BOX
 IMPEDING MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES. CANNOT LOCATE METER
 BOX ON PLAN E-GMY02, BUT IT APPEARS THAT THE METER BOX
 IS SLIGHTLY INSIDE THE PROPERTY LINE. IF SO, THEN METER
 BOX NEEDS SMALL UTILITY EASEMENT GRANTED AROUND IT.
