 INFORMATION/PLANS TO ADDRESS THE COMMENTS MAY RESULT IN
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS.
  
 - PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU WILL BE PERMITTED ONE (1)
 RESUBMITTAL AT NO ADDITIONAL COST. IF PREVIOUSLY-ISSUED
 COMMENTS CONTINUE TO NOT BE SUFFICIENTLY ADDRESSED, THE
 APPLICANT WILL BE ASSESSED A RESUBMITTAL FEE. SUCH FEE
 WILL BE 20% OF THE ORIGINAL APPLICATION FEE ($60).
  
 1) THANK YOU FOR PROVIDING A REPRESENTATION OF THE
 MODEL S ON SHEET C-5; HOWEVER, THE SPECIFICATIONS FOR
 THE LENGTH OF THE MODEL S THAT STAFF FOUND ON-LINE LIST
 THAT THE MODEL S IS 16.33 FEET IN LENGTH. ADDITIONALLY,
 THE MODEL X IS LISTED AS 16.525 FEET IN LENGTH. THE
 PLANS MUST ACCURATELY DEPICT THE LONGER MODEL X AND
 CLEARLY DEMONSTRATE THAT WHEN THIS CAR IS PARKED IN THE
 SPACE, IT WILL NOT PROJECT INTO THE DRIVE AISLE.
  
 2) THE PALM BEACH OUTLETS DESIGN GUIDELINES HAVE
 SPECIFIC SIGNAGE REQUIREMENTS. THESE PERMIT THE
 INSTALLATION OF THE NON-ILLUMINATED TESLA PARKING
 SIGNS, BUT DO NOT PERMIT THE CHARGING POSTS TO HAVE THE
 TESLA NAME OR LOGO ON THEM. THE PLANS NEED TO BE
 UPDATED TO REMOVE TESLA FROM THE CHARGING POSTS. PLEASE
 NOTE THAT THE ACCEPTANCE LETTER FROM PALM BEACH OUTLETS
 DOES NOT PERMIT SIGNAGE THAT IS NOT PERMITTED BY THE
 PALM BEACH OUTLETS DESIGN GUIDELINES.
  
 3) SINCE YOUR RESUBMITTAL, THE CITY'S CHIEF BUILDING
 OFFICIAL HAS INFORMED THE PLANNING DIVISION THAT THE
 INSTALLATION OF TESLA EXCLUSIVE CHARGING STATION
 PARKING SPACES REQUIRES THAT ADA COMPLIANT SPACES ARE
 PROVIDED FOR THE TESLA USERS AT A RATIO OF 1 ADA
 COMPLIANT SPACE PER 25 TESLA CHARGING SPACES. BASED ON
 THIS REQUIREMENT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE ONE
 SPACE THAT COMPLIES WITH THE 12 FOOT ADA PARKING SPACE
 WIDTH WITH A FIVE (5) FOOT WIDE ADA ACCESS AISLE. BASED
 ON THE SITE CONDITIONS, THE TWO SPACES ADJACENT TO
 CHARGING STATION 1A WILL NEED TO BE STRIPED AS ONE ADA
 SPACE WITH THE ACCESS AISLE. THE ACCESS AISLE STRIPING
 WOULD THEN NEED TO EXTEND ACROSS THE ACCESS AISLE TO
 CONNECT WITH THE ACCESS AISLE ON THE PARKING ROW TO THE
 EAST OF THE TESLA SPACES SO THAT THE CONTINUOUS ADA
 ROUTE IS PROVIDED. A DRAWING HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO SARAH
 HONEYCUTT VIA E-MAIL TO DEMONSTRATE THIS REQUIREMENT.
  
 4) THE UDS PLANS DO NOT NEED TO BE UPDATED.
