2020-07-31 09:22:29THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE
 7/22/2020 SUBMITTAL REVIEW PACKAGE.
  
 1. SECTION B-B
 A. ADJACENT PARKING SPACE IS 15.5 FEET OR 33.5 FEET,
 NOT 16 FEET PER DIMENSIONS SHOWN ON PGD PLAN.
 B. PART OF THE EAST PAVEMENT AREA SLOPES TOWARD THE
 CURB AND GUTTER.
  
 2. SECTION C-C
 A. THE RETAINING WALL WAS MOVED 5 FEET TO THE WEST AND
 A STEEL RAIL PROPOSED IN THE WIDER LANDSCAPE BUFFER.
 B. SHOW IF THERE NEEDS TO BE A BERM ALONG THE WEST
 PROPERTY LINE
  
 3. CONFIRM THE LOSS OF STORAGE IN THE DETENTION AREA
 ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE DUE TO THE RELOCATION
 OF THE RETAINING WALL WILL NOT AFFECT THE REQUIRED
 STORAGE FOR STORMWATER RUNOFF.
  
 4. UPDATE THE UTILITIES ON THE LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 5. SHOW THE UTILITIES ON THE LIGHTING PLAN TO AVOID
 CONFLICTS. FOR EXAMPLE, THERE IS A PROPOSED LIGHT POLE
 ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE THAT IS FURTHER FROM THE
 BACK OF CURB THAN OTHERS. THIS MAY HAVE BEEN TO AVOID A
 CATCH BASIN THAT USED TO BE PROPOSED IN THIS AREA BUT
 HAS SINCE BEEN RE-DESIGNED.
  
 6. SHEET SP-2 SECTION C WEST LANDSCAPE BUFFER. UPDATE
 TO SHOW 2 FOOT PARKING OVERHANG, STEEL RAILING AND
 WIDER LANDSCAPE BUFFER. THE PARKING AREA IS AN INVERTED
 CROWN (V-SHAPED). THE LOW POINT OF THE PAVEMENT IS
 ALONG THE EDGE OF THE DRIVE AISLE.
  
 7. THE JERSEY BARRIER SHOWN IN THE THE "CROSS SECTIONS
 MARK UP EXHIBIT.PDF"EXHIBIT SHOULD NOT ENCROACH INTO
 THE 2 FOOT OVERHANG OF THE PARKING SPACE.
