2020-10-21 19:14:31THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE
 10/5/2020 SUBMITTAL:
  
 1. [NOT SATISFIED] THE CIVIL ENGINEERING PLAN DOES NOT
 MATCH THE LANDSCAPE PLAN OR ARCHITECTURAL SITE PLAN.
  
 2. [SATISFIED] SHOW THE PROPOSED UTILITIES ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLANS.
  
 3. [SATISFIED] CONSIDER ROOT BARRIER BETWEEN TREES AND
 UTILITIES.
  
 4. [NOT SATISFIED] IF PARKING STALLS ARE REDUCED IN
 LENGTH BY TWO FEET, SHOW THE 2' OVERHANG IN THE
 LANDSCAPE AREA ON THE ENGINEERING PLANS. IF THE PARKING
 STALLS ARE NOT REDUCED BY TWO FEET, THEN CONSIDER
 REDUCING THEM AND PROVIDING ADDITIONAL LANDSCAPE AREA.
  
 5. [SATISFIED] THE NORTH PARKING STALLS IN THE SOUTH
 PARKING LOT DO NOT HAVE WHEEL STOPS. CURBING USED AT
 END OF THE PARKING STALLS.
  
 6. [TO BE CONFIRMED DURING ENGINEERING PERMIT REVIEW]
 IT APPEARS THERE ARE TWO SEPARATE DRAINAGE SYSTEMS
 (OUTFALLS) ONE FOR THE SOUTH ROADWAY/ACCESS EASEMENT
 AND ONE FOR THE PARKING LOTS/BUILDINGS. MAINTAIN
 EXISTING DRAINAGE AREAS OR DEMONSTRATE BOTH SYSTEMS
 PROVIDES THE REQUIRED STORMWATER QUALITY TREATMENT
 VOLUMES FOR ITS TRIBUTARY DRAINAGE AREA WITH THE
 ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL. SUBMIT DRAINAGE
 CALCULATIONS WITH THE ENGINEERING PERMIT APPLICATION.
  
 7. [SATISFIED] SHOW ON AN AERIAL MAP WHERE THE TWO
 OUTFALL PIPES DISCHARGE INTO THE MASTER DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM.
  
 8. [TO BE CONFIRMED WITH SFWMD ERP MODIFICATION]
 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM TO BE DESIGNED TO MEET
 SFWMD ERP CRITERIA INCLUDING WATER QUALITY TREATMENT,
 PEAK FLOW ATTENUATION, C-51 BASIN FILL ENCROACHMENT,
 PERIMETER GRADING, ETC. SUBMIT A DRAINAGE REPORT WITH
 THE ENGINEERING PERMIT SUBMITTAL.
  
 9. [SATISFIED] LIST THE VERTICAL DATUM ON EVERY SHEET
 WITH ELEVATION INFORMATION. IF THE VERTICAL DATUM USED
 IN NOT NGVD1929 THEN PROVIDE THE CONVERSION EQUATION TO
 CALCULATE THE ELEVATIONS IN NGVD1929.
  
 10. [SATISFIED] THERE APPEARS TO BE A BERM ALONG THE
 SOUTH PROPERTY LINE. WHERE DOES THE RUNOFF FROM THE
 PARKING STALLS AT THE WEST END OF THE SOUTH PARKING
 AREA DRAIN TO? FLOW ARROWS INDICATE TOWARD THE BERM.
  
 11. [SATISFIED] WHAT MEASURES ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED TO
 PREVENT RUNOFF FROM THE SERVICE BAY/WAREHOUSE FROM
 FLOWING INTO THE DRAIANGE SYSTEM?
  
 12. [SATISFIED] CONNECT ROOF DRAINS TO THE DRAINAGE
 SYSTEM OR DIRECT THE DISCHARGE TO PERVIOUS AREAS.
  
 NEW COMMENTS:
  
 13. CORRECT THE YEAR TYPO IN THE SURVEYOR'S NOTE #14 ON
 THE SURVEY - "14. ELEVATIONS SHOWN HEREON ARE BASED ON
 THE NATIONAL GEODETIC VERTICAL DATUM OF 1988 (N.G.V.D.
 1929) ..."
  
 14. SECTION A-A SHOWS A CURB ON THE RIGHT SIDE (EAST)
 SIDE OF THE DRIVE AISLE. THIS CURB DOES NOT APPEAR ON
 THE PLAN VIEW.
  
 15. CORRECT THE HATCHING AND SPOT GRADE PLACEMENT OF
 THE LANDSCAPE ISLAND BETWEEN THE BUILDINGS.
  
 16. PROVIDE A PRB DETAIL.
  
 17. BOTH THE PRB AND WEIR DETAILS SHOULD SHOW GASKET
 SEAL.
  
 18. SUGGEST SPECIFYING MINIMUM LBR FOR THE SUBGRADE FOR
 PAVEMENT SECTIONS.
  
 19. THE MODIFIED EXFILTRATION TRENCH EQUATION TO BE
 USED TO CALCULATE TRENCH STORAGE SINCE THE TRENCH WIDTH
 IS MORE THAN TWICE THE TRENCH DEPTH.
