| | 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE |

| | ADDRESSED FOR THE BUILDING PERMIT APPLICATION. |

| | 2. NUMBER OF ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES. THE PARKING |
| | DATA TABLE ON SITE PLAN SHEET S1 STATES THAT A TOTAL OF |
| | 217 PARKING SPACE WILL BE PROVIDED BUT THAT IS LESS |
| | THAN THE SUM STATED NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES IN THE |
| | SAME TABLE FOR THE EXISTING OFFICE (67 SPACES), THE |
| | WAREHOUSE (6 SPACES) AND THE PROPOSED OFFICE BUILDING |
| | (186 SPACES). THE TABLE MUST BE CORRECTED AND |
| | ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES PROVIDED COMMENSURATE WITH |
