 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION LINE WILL CREATE A
 NONCONFORMITY TO THE LANDSCAPE CODE FOR REQUIRED
 LANDSCAPE BUFFERS. FOR COMMERCIAL ZONING, A LANDSCAPE
 BUFFER OF 5 FEET IS REQUIRED INSIDE ALL PROPERTY LINES
 PER SECTION 94-443 WITH REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS. SHOW
 HOW LANDSCAPE BUFFERS CAN BE PROVIDED WITH THE EXISTING
 BUILDING AND DRIVEWAY.
  
 2. PROVIDE THE PERCENTAGE OF LANDSCAPE AREA /PERVIOUS
 AREA FOR THE EXISTING SHOPPING CENTER PARCEL IN ORDER
 TO DETERMINE IF ANY NONCONFORMITY IS CREATED OR
 INCREASED BY THE PROPOSED SUBDIVISION LINE. 15% MINIMUM
 PERVIOUS AREA IS REQUIRED.
