 COMMENTS:
  
 1. THIS REVIEW IS A CURSORY REVIEW AS IT RELATES TO THE
 SITE. IT IS NOT A REVIEW FOR FULL COMPLIANCE WITH
 FLORIDA BUILDING CODE.
  
 2. THE WEST ELEVATION OF THE LEWIS HALL WEST BUILDING
 HAS WINDOW OPENINGS, LOUVERS AND WALL-MOUNTED AIR
 CONDITIONING UNITS. THOSE ARE CONSIDERED AS UNPROTECTED
 OPENINGS AND, PER SECTION 705.8.1 OF FLORIDA BUILDING
 CODE, THE EXTERIOR WALL MUST BE AT LEAST 3 FEET FROM
 THE PROPERTY LINE, AND THE AREA OF THOSE OPENINGS IN
 ANY STORY MUST BE NO MORE THAN 15% OF THE WALL AREA OF
 THAT STORY. COMPLIANCE CANNOT BE ASSESSED BECAUSE NO
 DIMENSIONED SITE PLAN HAS BEEN PROVIDED TO SHOW THAT
 THE WEST ELEVATION OF THE LEWIS HALL WEST BUILDING WILL
 BE AT LEAST 3 FEET FROM THE PROPERTY LINE, AND NO
 CALCULATIONS HAVE BEEN PROVIDED TO SHOW THAT THE AREA
 OF THE OPENINGS IN THE FIRST AND SECOND STORIES OF THE
 WALL IS LESS THAN 15% OF THE WALL AREA OF THAT STORY.
