 1.) THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT SHALL COMPLY WITH
 THE CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS
 ISSUED FOR THE PROJECT: A. PALM BEACH COUNTY LAND
 DEVELOPMENT DIVISION RIGHT-OF-WAY CONSTRUCTION PERMIT
 #RW56157-0722.; B. SOUTH FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT
 DISTRICT INDIVIDUAL ENVIRONMENTAL RESOURCE PERMIT NO.
 50-103507-P
  
 2.) CONDENSING UNITS PROPOSED ON THE ROOFTOP OF THE
 BUILDING SHALL BE FULLY SCREENED FROM PUBLIC VIEW BY
 THE BUILDING PARAPET AND/OR THE UTILIZATION OF AN
 APPROPRIATE SCREENING MECHANISM APPROVED BY THE
 DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DEPARTMENT ??? PLANNING DIVISION.
  
 3.) SIGNAGE FOR THE PROJECT IS NOT A PART OF THIS
 APPROVAL. ALL PROPOSED SIGNAGE (FREESTANDING AND WALL
 SIGNAGE) SHALL COMPLY WITH SIGN REGULATIONS OF THE
 CITY'S ZONING AND LAND DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS (ZLDRS)
 AND WILL BE REVIEWED AT TIME OF BUILDING PERMIT.
  
 4.) ADDRESS THE FOLLOWING PRIOR TO THE SUBMISSION OF AN
 ENGINEERING PERMIT: A. THE FIRE HYDRANT SHOWN ON SHEET
 C-8 TO BE 146 FEET FROM THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE
 BUILDING IS A PRIVATE FIRE HYDRANT. THERE IS A FIRE
 HYDRANT ALONG THE SOUTH RIGHT-OF-WAY OF 45TH STREET
 ABOUT 250 FEET EAST OF THE SITE'S DRIVEWAY.
  
 5.) ALL PUBLIC UTILITIES SERVICES CONNECTIONS,
 INCLUDING TELEPHONE, CABLE AND ELECTRIC DISTRIBUTION
 SERVICE SHALL BE INSTALLED UNDERGROUND.
  
 6.) PAVEMENT RESTORATION NOTE PROVIDED IN THE PLAN
 WOULD APPLY TO WORK IN THE ROADWAY. FOR SIDEWALK
 RESTORATION, PLEASE REFER TO CITY STANDARD DETAIL GC-1.
  
 7.) PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT -- PLANNING DIVISION.
