 I HAVE REVIEWED THE ABOVE REFERENCED PETITION, AND
 PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS:
  
 1. SATISFIED. PROVIDE A TREE DISPOSITION PLAN. TREES
 WITHIN THE PROPERTY MUST BE IDENTIFIED AND SHOWN
 WHETHER THEY WILL REMAIN, BE REMOVED OR RELOCATED. ANY
 TREES TO REMAIN MUST BE INCLUDED ON THE PLANT LIST.
  
 2. SATISFIED. REQUIRED OPEN SPACE FOR INDUSTRIAL ZONING
 IS 40% EQUALING 16,868 SQ FT. REVISE ON PLAN AND
 RECALCULATE REQUIRED TREES AND SHRUBS. REQUIRED
 PERVIOUS LANDSCAPE AREA IS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM.
  
 3. SATISFIED. PROVIDE LOCATIONS OF LIGHTING ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 4. SATISFIED. SHOW LOCATION OF SEWER LINE ON THE
 LANDSCAPE PLAN AND RESOLVE CONFLICTS WITH LANDSCAPING.
  
 5. SATISFIED. SHOW THAT THE REQUIRED PARKING LOT TREES
 MEET THE 75% SHADE TREE REQUIREMENT. 5 TREES ARE
 REQUIRED, 4 MUST BE CATEGORY 1.
  
 6. SATISFIED. SHOW THE PARKING LANDSCAPE AREAS COUNTED
 TOWARD COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-443(C)(3) AND (4) FOR
 THE AREAS WITHIN THE PARKING FIELD, AND MATCH THE TOTAL
 SHOWN ON THE REQUIREMENT CHART TO MEETING THE TOTAL OF
 BOTH SECTIONS ADDED TOGETHER.
 PROVIDE AN EXHIBIT IDENTIFYING THE PARKING SPACES,
 OTHER VEHICULAR USE AREAS AND SHOWING THE AREAS COUNTED
 TOWARD INTERIOR LANDSCAPING. SEE FIGURE XIV-1 IN
 SECTION 94-443 TO IDENTIFY AREAS.
  
 7. SATISFIED. ALL LANDSCAPE ISLANDS MUST MEET THE
 REQUIRED LANDSCAPE WIDTH OF 8 FEET INSIDE D CURB AND BE
 THE FULL LENGTH OF THE ADJACENT PARKING SPACE INCLUDING
 THE 6 INCH D CURB.
  
 8. SATISFIED. ALL PAVED VEHICULAR USE AREAS ADJACENT TO
 LANDSCAPE AREAS MUST MEET THE CODE REQUIREMENT OF A
 TYPE D NON MOUNTABLE CURB PER SECTION 94-443(C)(5) OR
 SIMILAR.
  
 9. SATISFIED. IF THE OVERHEAD ELECTRIC LINES ARE TO
 REMAIN ALONG THE EAST PROPERTY LINE, THE GUMBO LIMBO
 TREES MAY NOT MEET THE RIGHT TREE RIGHT PLACE
 REQUIREMENTS.
  
 10. SATISFIED. PLEASE CORRECT THE FLORIDA FRIENDLY
 LANDSCAPE CHART TO REFLECT CURRENT CODE REQUIREMENT OF
 50 POINTS USING THE DESIGN OPTIONS CONSISTENT WITH
 CURRENT CODE 94-442(G).
  
 11. SATISFIED. SHOW COMPLIANCE WITH SECTION 94-445 L.
 PLANT SPECIES. A MINIMUM OF 60 PERCENT OF PLANT
 MATERIAL ADDED SHALL BE FLORIDA NATIVE OR DROUGHT
 TOLERANT SPECIES SELECTED FROM THE CITY LIST OR THE
 LIST OF SPECIES IN THE MOST RECENT EDITION OF SOUTH
 FLORIDA WATER MANAGEMENT DISTRICT WATERWISE SOUTH
 FLORIDA LANDSCAPES.
 PROVIDE THE ACTUAL PERCENTAGE ON THE PLAN BASED ON THE
 PLANT LIST.
  
 ADDITIONAL COMMENTS 9/13/21:
  
 12. SATISFIED. SUBMIT REVISED LANDSCAPE PLANS MATCHING
 THE UPDATED SITE PLAN CHANGES FOR THE ENTRANCE WIDTH
 AND SIGNAGE LOCATION.
  
 CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL
 1. PRIOR TO THE REMOVAL OR RELOCATION OF ANY TREES ON
 THE PROPERTY, A TREE ALTERATION PERMIT SHALL BE
 SUBMITTED, REVIEWED AND APPROVED BY THE DEVELOPMENT
 SERVICES DEPARTMENT, PLANNING DIVISION.
