2020-12-10 21:11:16THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS ARE FROM THE REVIEW OF THE
 10-14-2020 SUBMITTAL PACKAGE.
  
 1. CHECK CROSS SLOPE OF SIDEWALK WEST OF DRIVEWAY, IT
 MAY EXCEED 2%.
  
 2. SIDEWALK BETWEEN THE BACK OF WALK ALONG 45TH STREET
 AND THE PARKING LOT ALONG THE WEST SIDE OF THE SITE
 EXCEEDS 5% LONGITUDINAL SLOPE AND MAY REQUIRE
 HANDRAILS.
  
 3. SHOW CONCRETE HATCHING FOR THE SIDEWALK EAST OF THE
 DRIVEWAY.
  
 4. DRIVEWAY APRON BETWEEN SIDEWALK AND DROP CURB SHOULD
 BE CONCRETE INSTEAD OF ASPHALT.
  
 5. PROVIDE A CROSS SECTION FOR THE DRIVEWAY.
  
 6. THE PARKING SPACE DETAIL STRIPING ON SHEET C-9 DOES
 NOT MEET CITY'S DETAILS ILLUSTRATED IN THE CODE OF
 ORDINANCES. . THE 4? VERTICAL STRIPES HAVE A 12" GAP
 (INSTEAD OF 2") BETWEEN THEM (16" CENTER OF STRIPE TO
 CENTER OF STRIPE) AND THE ENDS ARE CONNECTED WITH A 4"
 HORIZONTAL STRIPE. THE 5' HANDICAP ACCESS AISLE SHOULD
 HAVE VERTICAL STRIPES ON EACH SIDE.
  
 7. SECTION A-A ON SHEET C-9 SHOWS THE TOE OF SLOPE OF
 THE FILL SECTION MEETING EXISTING GRADE AT THE PROPERTY
 LINE. A RETAINING WALL SIMILAR TO SECTIONS C-C AND D-D
 MAY BE NEEDED. THERE SHOULD NOT BE DIRECT DISCHARGE
 ONTO ADJACENT PROPERTIES. A CURB MAY BE NEEDED AT THE
 EDGE OF SIDEWALK TO STOP THE RUNOFF FROM THE SIDEWALK
 FROM FLOWING DOWN THESLIDE SLOPE. GRADING AT THE
 PROPERTY LINE CANNOT BLOCK EXISTING RUNOFF FLOWING ONTO
 THE PROPERTY FROM ADJACENT PROPERTIES.
  
 8. LIST VERTICAL DATUM AND CONVERSION EQUATION TO
 NGVD1929 ON SHEET C-10 AND ANY OTHER SHEET WITH
 ELEVATION INFORMATION.
