 TRAFFIC STATEMENT COMMENTS:
 1. REVISE THE TRIP GENERATION ANALYSIS ACCORDING TO THE
 LATEST VERSION OF THE ITE TRIP GENERATION MANUAL (I.E.
 10TH EDITION) AND USE THE CORRESPONDING LAND USE CODE
 (I.E. 812 - BUILDING MATERIAL & LUMBER STORE).
 2. PER ITE GUIDELINES, RETAIL AND WAREHOUSE SQUARE
 FOOTAGE MUST BE SUMMED FOR TRIP GENERATION PURPOSES, AS
 THERE IS NO SEPARATION BETWEEN THE TWO BUILDINGS.
 3. PROVIDE COUNTY TPS LETTER.
  
  
 SITE PLAN COMMENTS:
 4. SHOW FULL RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH AND RIGHT-OF-WAY WIDTH
 FROM THE ROAD CENTERLINE TO THE PROPERTY LINE ON SITE
 PLAN
 5. PROVIDE PHOTOMETRIC ANALYSIS
 6. IN THE SITE PLAN, INSERT A TABLE SHOWCASING REQUIRED
 AND PROVIDED FOR THE FOLLOWING FEATURES:
 A. NUMBER OF PARKING SPACES
 B. LOADING ZONE AREA DIMENSION
 C. NUMBER OF BICYCLE PARKING
 7. PROVIDE 2-FOOT OVERHANG ON VEHICULAR PARKING SPACES
 WHEN FEASIBLE
 8. PROVIDE AUTOTURN ANALYSIS OF DELIVERY, GARBAGE, AND
 SERVICE VEHICLES, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 A. DRIVEWAY ACCESS/EGRESS
 B. INTERNAL CIRCULATION
 C. MANEUVERS TO/FROM THE LOADING ZONE
 9. DRIVEWAY WIDTH SHOULD BE MINIMIZED. OTHERWISE,
 DIAGONAL HATCHING SHOULD BE USED TO DELINEATE DRIVEWAY
 LANES FOR PASSENGER CARS
 10. PROVIDE SIDEWALK DIMENSIONS (NOTE: MINIMUM 5 FEET)
 11. ONE-WAY CIRCULATION WITHIN THE FACILITY IS
 STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
 A. IN CASE, CONSIDER CONVERTING THE 90-DEGREE PARKING
